I was nervous when I first ordered from zaful, because the prices were too good to be true. I quickly realized that I was so wrong on my initial expectations. The quality was amazing, along with the fit and color of all my products. All of the products fit me true to size, after using the size guide and basing my opinions off of that. I also felt like the quality was as good as something I could get at a popular, trendy, brand store. I was so satisfied with my purchase, I have been ordering from them ever since and very often. They have it all, from dresses, swimsuits, pants, tops, and comfy active sets. I highly support ZAFUL!
I waited their stated 5-10 business days and still no product. I don't know why they would sell me the item. If it takes this long then they should list it as out of stock.
Purchased my suits January 4th almost two weeks later it says my package hasn't been shipped yet, I asked for a full refund February 14th it is now March 24th and I haven't received any money back or emails. Customer service is horrific and this whole situation has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. I've heard great things about ZAFUL but unfortunately I got the bad end of things.

Buyer beware. The product doesn't ship in the US. I know shocker. However, they will not honor their shipping and delivery and if for some reason the package doesn't make it to your home they will tell you too bad. Do not order from this company. Its a scam to say the least.

Zaful sends merchandise that is falling apart, badly measured etc. Please don't waste your time or money. And returns don't happen! They make is EXTREMELY difficult to do a return and often take a long time to repond so that you will run out of days to be able to do a return. Not worth it at all!

I made two orders both show the information that they have been shipped out. Although this information changes and is not feasible. There is no tracking information and when clicked on the reference it shows that isn't any information on this shipment. I made several tickets two customer service but haven't been contacted. I can't even speak for the quality of anything because it never showed up. I ordered something that I meant to wear for a Halloween costume. When I chose the shipping method, it said "10 days". I ordered it on October 11. Lol oops. According to their tracking (which is probably garbage, who knows), it was delivered on 12/16. That's more like 10x6 days. Even more. But even worse, the items actually never showed up. And when I've complained about it not arriving, they offer me partial credit to use in the store. How can you expect me to want to purchase from you again when I'm lied to about shipping time, and then blown off when I complain that it wasn't delivered? Yeah right. I'm still arguing for my full refund. Should have read the reviews on this site before purchasing, so take this as a warning.

Just don’t. Don’t use this site. Amazon is better, and that is an extremely low bar, especially for clothing.

It is not enough that the clothes are of poor quality, they do not even try to return the money for undelivered goods. I spoke to the customer service center 3 times and each time only empty promises that the money will be returned to my original payment method. First time they told they will refund within 48 hours, second and third time that I will get contacted within 24 hours. Last time even took screenshots. In general, why wasn't my money returned immediately without receiving the goods, but credited to their account? It all makes no sense. Thieves! Thats it!

I bought a jacket almost a month ago and according to an email I got, its been sitting in New Jersey for almost two weeks... no more updates, my package was supposedly just waiting at a UPS facility, however I just clicked the link they sent me again, and it has literally GONE BACKWARDS. Now it is saying that my package has just reached the "Destination Country". I spent $40 on this jacket and that is time and money I wont get back. Dont order from here.
My daughter accidentally put our old address when ordering a bathing suit. Their customer service uses polite words but they don't take any action toward helping customers. After 2 months going back and forth I am out the cost of the bathing suit and no bathing suit and all they can say is it's our fault and they consider giving me a few dollars in credit. No way am I ordering from this site again. They don't care to keep customers. Save yourself a big headache and them taking your money.
How do you all sleep at night with treating customers this way? This is so shady and I've gone ahead and reported you to the FTC. Looks like I'm not alone looking at your social media feedback the past few weeks. This is so upsetting during a pandemic of you to take money from people this way and not providing a product that you promised. Points on your website that you know we'll never use so you get to keep our money AND your products. It's been over 45 days of waiting for my order and they're saying it's been returned to sender (THEM) and they are not going to do anything about it. Shameful. SO shameful.

Items I order from Zaful are 50/50 hit or miss, but worth the try. Most things from Zaful run small so I recommend sizing up. The most important and helpful thing is to read reviews which you can filter by your size, body type, and pictures. Most pieces of clothing don't last through the next year but I'm okay with that! Zaful is great for cute pieces to add to your existing wardrobe.

Extremely disappointed in this swim wear line and the service provided. My package has been lost for over 3 months and the customer service representatives continue to give me the run around on it not yet being returned to the packing distributors. I continually had to contact them and continually have kindly asked for a refund for bought products that I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED to which they reply "thanks for your patience". When I first heard if Zaful I was a bit weary of online shopping. But I only had positive experiences with them. They have an awesome selection of bikinis, their sizing was accurate and everything I got fit my body in a very flattering way. All in all I was very satisfied with my experience with Zaful and 10/10 would recommend this website for online shoppers.
Worst customer service ever. When you finally get ahold of an actual person they tell you to follow the online steps to refund items. Online takes you in circles. I have been emailing them for at least 2 weeks trying to get a return address so i can send my refund items back.
Bought 3 bikinis. They don't fit. Not great quality at all. Wanted to return. Can't get any service but besides through a computer robot.

I would love to leave a review about the clothes but unfortunately I haven't received them, even though my order was shipped ONE MONTH AGO. Shipping estimate is a complete lie. They just want your coin and could care less about how long it takes to get your items to you.
My package arrived without a packing slip so I do not have any order numbers. Large shirt is labeled large, but is a small and the other was supposed to be a large, but is a medium. The return form requires the numbers or it won't process my request. After several times trying to talk with someone, I got absolutely no where. I was told to go on line and do the same thing that I tried before. Explained it several times to no avail! Live and learn to not trust companies like this.
