What a joke! A refund of $5.00 for a no button hole made in the jeans and they said not it's defective "just cut one in the jeans"! Like what the heck are you serious! They sell inferior quality, no button hole and lousy made jeans with a design that is cheaply done and do not fit a average teenager at a X-large and terrible customer service. I wouldn't even buy my son a piece lint from this company ever again it probably would be defective, talk about ripping off consumers not even a full refund but $5.00 then tell to agree to it! Disgusting!

Zero regard for customers. Deceiving display of item (2 pieces, appeared as one set but it wasn't and nowhere in the page said so), I payed express delivery to no use, and their customer service is deplorable and a waste of time (no solutions). It pains me to disappoint my niece who asked me to give her clothes from this site, but I consider it learning: never again buy from yesstyle, ever.

I am so happy that I found this website because most of the clothes are very affordable and in good quality. The clothes I have ordered are all in pretty good shape and quality so I am very pleased with it. I can't really criticise much about shipping because they need to gather all of the stuff the buyer has bought so I understand that it takes at least 1 week for this. I am from where YesStyle is based (Hong Kong) so I get my shipment in 1 day after it has been shipped out. I think the only problem with YesStyle would be that the models are quite misleading at times and some of the quality lacks a bit. Overall, I am pretty happy with the company.

I have ordered from Yesstyle for about 3 years and the only delay besides the current one was during COVID-19. I know some items can be hit or miss but I trusted the process. To my demise yesstyle has really been going downhill. I used to like it because of the skincare and clothing, but seeing as how nothing has been getting better I will be moving on. It's really disappointing to the point where this may be my last purchase because I really feel done with this company.

To ensure your clothes you ordered are all in good quality, I recommend you guys should watch some haul videos from youtube or check reviews. Most of my clothes are from yesstyle. I ordered XL size for all but turned like sizes 14 or 16 for Girls. The fabric and sewing quality were bad. Never going to buy from yesstyle ever.

I've been using YesStyle for years to get my hands on affordable Korean skincare & makeup, as well as some cute jewelry every now and then. Their huge collection is what makes the website great, and the prices are fair.
The only reason why I'm not giving it five stars is because shipping can take quite long sometimes, though they do make this known and are transparent about how long it will take.
Another reason why is because they recently upped their minimum purchase amount for free shipping to 65 euros whereas it used to be 35 euros, which is a pretty big (and unfortunate) change.
I would definitely recommend this website if you don't mind waiting a bit for the order to arrive!

We ordered a number of pieces from this online retailer. All but one had an improper fit, manufactured badly or made cheaply. I tried to return most of the order, at my expense, and the return was refused. We will NEVER buy from Yesstyle again and I have told my family that I don't enjoy paying for clothes to come into the country and then have to pay for them to leave the country. This was an expensive mistake, one I do not plan to repeat.

Yesstyle is a great website for purchasing skincare and clothing. However, when purchasing off of this website i would say to always read the reviews and do your research prior to buying anything. There are tons of reviews and a variety of ways to save money using their coupons or codes.

This is my 1st purchase with Yes Style so I can't yet speak to the product. You have a good selection of options. It is a little different navigating your pages. It would be nice to have a more traditional format. Sale prices are good but the "original" prices shown by some of these are ridiculously high for the item making it feel like a false sale. The information is very clear on the pages and it is an easy check out process.

I paid $45 for item/tax/shipping then FINALLY received it, but don't like the quality. ALL returns are ONLY store credit. I went online and got an RMA label, and paid $10 to mail it back.

After waiting a few weeks, I contacted them for my store credit. They said they never received the item, and that I needed to provide them with the tracking number before they would assist me. I couldn't find the receipt. Both Ann G then Joshua C told me in their very polite language to go f. Ck off.

THIS IS FRAUD! Their return policy doesn't state that the customer is responsible for providing a tracking number.

So now I've paid $55 for a cheap item that I don't even have and was basically told to "f. Ck off" when I inquired about the credit.

I still can't express my opinion on the items yet, since I've just finished plaicing my order, but overall I love the various options of clothes and styles on the site, the only complaint that I have is that I wished there were like videos showing the items on, because most of the times people on youtube don't buy the things that other wants and so we're left clueless.
I wish the clothes will be good since I've spent all of my money lol.

I ordered a skirt and a white shirt from this site. The skirt was pretty good quality but the shirt (which was one-size) looked like it was meant to be worn by a toddler. I recommend ordering the items that are the most reviewed because then you can see the actual item. Overall, I'll still buy from YesStyle, but I'll be sure to be more skeptical of what I purchase.

I used to buy stuff here but stopped because some articles were of such bad quality and I also want to stop supporting fast fashion brands starting this year!

But also their customer service has always been horrible! Especially if you're from Europe it's nearly impossible to send something back. They do not give you proper instructions on how to return stuff and also with a tracking number it costs around 40-50€ to send it back.

Don't bother with this company. Quality rubbish and you cant return anything! I printed of labels and invoices as requested to Hong Kong but had the whole parcel returned!

I ordered a package a couple months ago and when i received it there were a few items that didn't fit that i wanted to return. In the return policy it says that they will not give refunds, but they will give you store credit. I followed all the return instructions and sent the package to the address they had provided. About a month later i looked at my credit value on the website and it said i currently do not have any credit. I emailed them about the issue and they took a long time to respond and when they finally did, they said they had not yet received the return package, which was frustrating to hear because i had gotten the confirmation from fedex that the package had been delivered. When i emailed them about the fact that it had in fact been delivered, they claimed we sent it to the wrong address although we followed to return instructions and sent it to the return address they provided. We are still emailing back and forth with them and it is very frustrating. So i do not have any credit and my money went down the drain because of yesstyle. DO NOT buy from this company.

Ordering from here is a definite waste of money. They send you terrible quality clothing. The clothes are overpriced for no reason. They even have better quality clothing on SHEIN. There are better alternatives, not worth spending your money. Everything is poorly priced and made.

If something is very cheap, it is probably constructed cheaply. If you are only looking for trendy clothes, or shopping on a budget, this site is great. You can browse through a great variety of brands to compare prices and quality. The highlight of this site is the beauty section. The Korean skincare products are amazing. They're affordable, high quality, and use safe ingredients. The cosmetics are amazing and yesstyle carries a variety of popular brands to choose from. I mainly rate yesstyle so highly for the beauty section. As I said before, with the clothing you get what you pay for. Shipping from this site used to be very slow, but it has gotten faster over the years. Another perk Yesstyle has are frequent sales and discount codes.
