I just received my new swimsuit, after searching for the perfect one. I love the fit, and the fabric. It is amazing. I can't wait to wear it on my upcoming vacation.
With all the recent hype and what seemed to be good reviews, I thought I would give them a try. I ordered two bras and was immediately disappointed with both. The seams are very thick and show through your clothing, which is a complete no for me. Additionally, the underwire creates a sharp pointed angle at the lower outside of each breast, which creates an immediately obvious deformity in the silhouette, even through clothing! This company is fraud. The service sucks big time. Sent my senior mom 2 defected cell phones. Took them over a month to credit my money back. Didn't want to pay me my $30.08 cents because I used their service lol. Yea, by calling them 20 times in a week that's where the min went. Lively is a joke. I'm telling you- You will be sorry! Stay away.

Company system does not track product sold against inventory. Orders take almost one month the delivery, and customer service does not look into issues to resolve them quickly or follow up. While COVId has brought on business challenges it did not create glitches in the system. I expected better service after the first reach out, and instead was given the copy/paste stock answer.

Don’t use. Go into the store and walk out with product or don’t bother.

My elderly Aunt believed the ads " talk and text for 19.95", it was written in large print on the box. Imagine her angst when she had to sign a contract for $44 to use the Jitterbox phone she just purchased.
The customer support team was less than helpful in setting the phone up and answering her questions.
My Aunt is of very limited means and she is very upset by her new monthly payment. Reeks of bait and switch to me. Is this an appropriate way to deal with our frail and innocent seniors? I think not!

My mother is legally blind, so the Jitterbug phone worked great for her to make calls by voice command. But when that phone stopped working, the replacement required an Amazon account and an Alexa command to make calls. She doesn't have an Amazon account and we have spent hours trying to set up her phone. They really should display this in their advertisement. I would hate for her to depend on Alexa to call 911.
I have had a total of 3 defective phones. The first phone deleted all my text messages, they replaced it another lousy phone that allow me to hear the ringer for incoming calls, called lively to let them know this 3rd phone was defective and after I had complained to the FCC they promised me a refund even after the 30 day policy if I gave them one more try, well now they are bait and switching me and not honoring there agreement to give me my refund of $149 for this 3rd defective phone. I have opened up another complaint with the FCC for my money back.

This one really really small and they are not willing to exchange their bundle packs. I now have $60 worth of bras that I will never be able to wear.
Should have known better to purchase from an Instagram ad, but lesson learned. Bought some sale bras... Several were marked final sale and several were not. Used their measuring guidelines online, which resulted in the same size as my go-to bras; this was not surprising as I didn't think I needed a size change. Bras arrived and they are UNBELIEVABLY small----they look like kids bras. I tried them on and yep, waaaaaay too small in both band and cup size. Went to website to return & found NONE of the 6 bras I purchased are returnable. Wrote to customer service and was informed that final sale means unable to exchange for size as well; some of my items are "ineligible for return" which I was told means they are no longer selling the style---howevwr the bras are still available on their website. Was also told that the "final sale" items are back to full price on the website which makes even leas sense why they would not honor a return or exchange.
As far as quality goes, the bras I purchased ( several t-shirt styles, front clasp, and a bralette) are thin material that does not look like it would hold up well. However, if the sizing was accurate I would have gave them a shot. As it is, I'll ve reporting to BBB & disputing the charge with my credit card.

I had such high hopes for these bras but was very disappointed in their comfort or I should say lack of. I bought two of their tshirt bras (no underwire). I wear a small cup so I ordered the smallest size. The cups were big and I had nothing to fill them with other than tissue. The sides of the bra bunch up and are extremely uncomfortable. I washed them and gave them to goodwill. I'll never order bras from an online company again. I get great comfort from a shelf bra since I'm small chested.

Hard to determine your size since the bra cups run large. The bra bunches on the side seams.

Terrible customer service didn't ship product as promised, then sent wrong product multiple times, couldn't make simle changes to Mom's account. This company is a disaster and I want to trust they will help Mom at a critical time. PASSSS!
ZERO STARS - Buyer Beware!
NO refunds no exchanges no credit and ZERO customer service. I saw a 50% off sale of Lively Bras through an article link (I never went to their actual site) and purchased 4 bras. I thought what a great way to try the bras everyone seemed to be recommending and talking about. I received a beautifully packed box with my bras inside. I have brought bras online before and NEVER had an issue with the sizing but after a quick try of the Lively bras, they were too small. I contacted Lively customer service for an exchange – they say oh noooo those bras are final sale (no credit refund or exchange). So I basically gave them $90 and was told I could 'donate' the bras or 'give them to a friend'. Horrible customer service experience when they could have had a client for life.

I do not understand how wearlively.com has a 5 star review on this website. Look at TrustPilot, look at Yelp---all very poor. I ordered on 5/22/20,3 weeks later just some of the merchandise arrives. Everything was returned. Trying to get a refund from them takes a lot of persistence as they rarely respond to emails and even a phone call didn't solve the problem. After a month perusing them, I received a refund. Then yesterday 9/22/20-THEY CHARGE MY CARD FOR THE ENTIRE ORDER AGAIN. And the entire order was NEVER even received. The unscrupulous behavior of this company just doesn't stop. Read reviews people.
