I like. I have been using it for 3 months. Hair really goes away. Decreased by 80-90%. I want to get rid of it completely, I'm happy, because depilation with all the consequences is hell for me. I don't know if they will grow in the future, but so far I don't regret that I bought it.

I bought tria precision in 2019. During COVID, I moved from Chicago back to California and hadn't charged tria for a while. The device won't turn on. I called customer service and they said I needed to buy a new one because they don't have a repair service to replace the battery. What kind of company doesn't have a repair service! What a waste of money. When I asked the representative if she could offer me a discount for a new device, she emailed me back and said that no discount can be offered. I won't buy any product from this company again.

I used this product as intended and I qualify for the suggested hair and skin parameters. The product doesn't work! When it didn't work for me I asked on forums and other sites if anyone got any benefits from it and the answer was NONE! Save yourself struggle and money, this laser is not going to help you.

I followed instructions exactly for months and saw no improvement in dark hair growth. After I stopped using it and then retried, it wouldn't recharge. It gives off a buzz but is unusable, says it's no longer activated, this was a costly mistake.

I can't say enough good things about the Tria. I'm in my late sixties and was getting a lot of facial hair. Shaving with an Electric Shaver wasn't enough Because by the end of the day I had more hair. This company is a scam. I recently ordered a laser hair removal product off of THEIR site. I got billed from a company called Current Body. I assumed that was the same company. The device I got was defective, so I contacted Tria (all the packaging was Tria) and gave them the serial number. They told me that Current Body is not affiliated with them and that the device I received was from 2014 and is old and defective. Again, I ordered it from THEIR SITE. Beware of Tria and beware of a company called Current Body.

And here is the reason why! The product is trash. It is not for ethnic hair because they claim our hair is too course. So don't waste your money on something so expensive to guarantee you not to work.

Was not happy with the results. Tria customer care does not seem to care about their customers or know how to honor their price match using simple math with taxes. If I cannot trust the customer service how can I trust the product

I just purchased the Age Defying Laser for acne scarring and let me just say... after ONE USE on level one my scarring is disappearing like holy crap!
