We were blown away. My husband and I were looking for my first Chanel bag…found it! Even after ordering the wrong color (user error) within moments we were assured it was no problem. Two days later the bag of my dream bag arrived. Packaged with style as though Coco herself sent me this bag. I'll be checking with you first on all my luxury purchases.
Extremely upset! I purchased two pairs of shoes and both sellers canceled the order stating they no longer had the item. This is the third time that happened to me!

I understand why you don't want items held up in bags where folks don't respect the need to move on, but it's hard to shop seriously when the clock is ticking in the bag for only a few minutes. Maybe I don't know how to use the system most effectively. My luck seems to be that if I'm really interested in something, but still want to shop, other women seem to zone right into my vibe;-) It's happened before where someone snapped it up before I could get back to buy it. Wanted to confirm that all discounts were applied because, though referenced as 'Site credit,' the dollar amount of this credit was not listed in the line items delineated on the final pricing/post shipping page. Just wanted to be sure the correct final amount was charged to MasterCard. No problem. All is correct.

Having never used Tradesy before I was reluctant to give it a try but with a pandemic still looming and seeing too many crowds in stores and not enough masks on shoppers, I decided to take a safer route and order from my computer at home. Everything worked out perfectly! It was easy to place the order, the shoes came in as promised. They were well-packaged and beautiful. I am now a fan of Tradesy and look forward to doing more shopping with them in the future.

I only discovered resale site options when I read an article about growing pains at Realreal and then Tradesy came up on a list of competitors. Time-consuming but entertaining to have so many items to look at, need to take a little risk without being able to try things on, but my first try was a the most fun dress I've ever owned. Only complaint, I got an email offering $50 off my first purchase AFTER it was on it's way, so I'm not sure if I'll get to use it.
Just needed a special dress and there's no where to shop.
Took a risk that it would fit and look as imagined from the photo as it was at a price I could afford to lose, the return for credit didn't really encourage me to try more expensive choices.

Came upon the site by accident - searching for a gift no longer available for purchase in the store. While I did not locate the exact item, I was fortunate to locate a similar item at reasonable cost
Wish the sellers would provide more details of items for sale as some listings are bare minimum. Some sellers seem more conscientious about this than others. I dislike having to interrupt my flow to request more info so will tend to skip items that might have otherwise interested me.
Completing the purchase was relatively simple, quick and frustration free. Appreciated being able to check out as guest without being forced to set up an account/log in, etc. Might do so later when I have time or if I decide to purchase again from Tradesy, depending on my satisfaction with this (my first) purchase.

I stumbled across Tradesy and bought two YSL bags. I had subterranean expectations, but I took the chance since Tradesy gives a site credit. Both looked better than their photos. Then, I purchased a Gucci Britt, which is the type of bag that I always take with me when I travel, so I love it. There was a hundred dollar coupon, and the bag was described as gently used. I have yet to find any evidence of wear on the bag-it is impeccable.
I was very suspicious of Tradesy at first, because it essentially seems to be Poshmark for designer goods. But all the reviews said it was legit and I could not find the item anywhere else. I took a chance and when I received my purchase it was perfect! Exactly as described and definitely authentic. I'm very happy I did it!
I chose Tradesy because it was the only place I could find the item I was looking for. It was discontinued several years ago so I couldn't buy it new, and I had yet to find it on a secondhand luxury reseller site (Real Real, Fashionphile, etc).
I chose the product because it was a pair of shoes I had wanted for several years that had been discontinued, and this was the first time I had seen a pair for sale that were my size and in perfect, brand new condition!
This is one of my favorite dresses. Having worked in fashion I refuse to pay full price for seasonal wear that changes from Spring/Summer Autumn/Winter and cruise. I got this Jay Godfrey dress in red for $30 and I love it. When I found it in a smaller more fitting size and black, I've kept my eye on it.
The dress is perfect, fits beautifully! Though I think the value isn't the price I paid, it is still a good deal for one of my favorites.
It was overall a great experience! I've always wanted a LV purse and my coworker recommended checking Tradesy out. I'm sure glad I did!
The Nice BB is beautiful. Here are a couple of things that bother me about Tradesy…I don't like that sellers don't have customer reviews, the seller says it shipped from Houston, TX, but it came from China, and ALL luxury items should be authenticated by Tradesy. I know that they guarantee it, but you are looking at spending more money for your own Authenticator to look at the piece, or you're shipping it off again to Tradesy. I am very happy with my LV Nice BB. It came beautifully packaged.
Everything went to expectation. The seller was on vacation when I made my purchase, she let me know when it would be sent. She followed through with that. Got a good deal on something I had been looking for. Very pleased first-time Tradesy user.
I've been looking at these sandals for quite some time but was not ready to pull the plug as I read several reviews about the straps being too tight and the sizing small. Normally I wear 38 in all of my YSL shoes but I decided to order 1/2 a size up and they fit like a glove! I have a pretty narrow foot so the straps don't bother me at all and I always wear high heels therefore these are comfortable for me and my style. I can't wait to wear them out!
Best deal plus I had Tradesy credit from a previous purchase.

I had been given a pair of these shoes but they were too small, I absolutely loved them so I began my search and found the exact pair in better shape and packed to perfection with cute Halloween string tied around the tissue paper. These pythons were shipped in style. Love the way this seller does business. Hand-written note along with a cute thank you card on the inside. Keep it up Sitejabber you are winning!

Excellent condition. Looks brand new and arrived quickly. A little smaller than expected but that's on me for not measuring. Thought about exchanging it but it's so adorable I can't part with it
It took me just a few days short of month to receive my order. I purchased it with enough time to deliver it as a gift and I was not able to do so. The seller shipped the item to tradesy they then held the item while myself had to initiate contact with both parties to figure out what was going on. The tracking number they send you is useless because there is no movement. I am really not interested in purchasing or referring Tradesy.
Shoes arrived DAYS earlier than expected! Shoes are in perfect condition and fit like a glove! I could not find these shoes on retail websites that typically would and was anxious about ordering through a website I was not familiar with. Must say it was worth the gamble! Extremely pleased with how the shoes look and feel; no scuffs & all the original stickers are still attached. Thank you so much for helping me find my favorite shoes for the summer!

Don't Do It! It takes at least 10 days to get paid. They prefer people that they can control. When you become successful, they will make upp a reason to suspend your account. TRADESY sell fakes, the owner is the closet owner of PENNY LANE It has been proven time and time again she sells Fakes. If you question TRADESY, they will shut your account down, and they do so WITHOUT even talking to you. Bunch of Bullies! Find an alternative. I AM IN THE MIST OF COMMENCING CLASS SUIT ACTION. THEY NEED TO BE TAUGHT A LESSON!
They advertise a strict selling policy of authentic and accurate descriptions for listing. If by chance an item received is questionable, they have a review process to protect the buyer unlike many other sites out there.
It says that everything is guaranteed authentic but you have to know your stuff to know if it is authentic. Tradesy people don't see the items unless it is sold and the buyer complains about authenticity. So if you put your trust on tradesy, you are 100% WRONG and will get scammed.
Yep. Tradesy are infamous for holding your money! They will also refund a sale without any communication with the seller, they don't even tell you why. Tradesy hooked up with Authenticate First, these people don't know what they are doing. Well the messed up big time with my bag, see it was authenticated by a very reputable company. I have ALL my bags authenticated BEFORE I list for sale and of course have the documentation to prove it. The bag was in perfect shape. Tradesy are ignorant, unprofessional and teamed up with a company (authenticate first) who have their heads where the sun don't shine. Tradesy are totally so unprofessional they have not bothered to send me an email even notifying me of the refund, I only found out when I checked on the sales delivery date to find a little sentence that says "refunded". No explanation why, nor when I can expect my property back. Punks! I am still waiting to receive my bag back. I have read on other sites that Tradesy keep the returns and seller is SOL. One seller was screwed out of 2,500 and never received her property back. Tradesy are shady. Another seller has started a class uit action. It's about time Tradesy were taught a lesson and realized that they have no right to keep sellers property. Apparently they resell the items on another site. The person who started the class usit actin has proof of same. Ironically, although some were refunded allegedly for item being fake, they resell and state that it is authentic. I have removed all my items from this shady scam company. I hope the class suit action closes this scam company down!
Don't ever do business with Tradesy ever! Learned my lesson. Bought a Chanel bag that doesn't look like anything they showed. I took some pictures of what I received vs. what they showed on their listing. They still ignorantly argued that those are the same item. They refused to refund me back the money. I finally disputed it with the credit card company. Tradesy almost ripped me off of my $1,600
Eileen: There is not a feedback option on Tradesy as there is with ebay and Threadflip. If I were you, I'd contact Tradesy immediately. While the seller may have purchased a bunch of bags to resell, that would definitely make me nervous. How many days has it been since you purchased the handbag? The number of days that the seller has to confirm the sale may have elapsed so you'd be in the clear. We only have so many days to confirm that we will have the item will ship in a timely manner.
I just had a worst experience with customer service also. I bought a chanel bag over $3K and the condition of the bag received was not the same as what was listed. The authentication card was also missing and there was no dust bag as listed. When I tried to complain & return the item, Blair said that the bag left the headquarters in perfect condition. How did the two big black marks were there within 5 second I got it if it left the headquarter in perfect condition. Instead of trying to solve the issue with the seller about the auth card, she said I could re-list the item to recoup the fund? There was no sign that the item was on final sale. If I knew there were no authentication card and the item was on final sale, I would not spend over $3K for the bag. It was the worst experience of customer service they've had. Lesson learnt and I will not do any business with this site anymore. I will write to BBB and I hope people will do the same.
I would highly recommend you look at RealReal or even ebay as I have sold over 100 items on both and although there is occasionally that one off glitch, they do protect the seller and are very fair from a buyer perspective as well. Do not use Tradesy... everything negative you read in reviews is true unfortunately. I did finally get my money back from tradesy as a seller, but I threatened them to no end and actually emailed the CEO... RUN from this site... save yourself the craziness of poor business practices.
