Items have gone missing. No response from tobi customer service over this month. Had to rebuy and try and get my money back for missing items.
Excellent, although my 50% first time shopper discount did not apply to a majority of items in my cart at checkout.

I ordered the dress from Tobi for a wedding and didn't think it would be processed or shipped in time because I ordered it just a couple of days before the wedding. But it was processed the very next business day and it got to me in time for the wedding! I am so impressed with Tobi and their quick service.

Super straightforward, thanks! I needed a navy, form fitting, ankle-length bridesmaid dress for a wedding and this looked perfect! Unfortunately, the dress I received was missing part of its rear clasp so I was unable to wear it for the ceremony. Additionally, the seam on the rear was uneven and bunching so I will need to get it altered. Overall, service was seamless and delivery was quick! Highly recommend.

I tried to purchase things yesterday using a store credit. The total was $130. My store credit was $200.34, so I didn't know I needed to put my charge information in the payment area, so the purchase looped around and round and never completed the transaction. Today, those same items were now $140, so that was very frustrating.

The three dresses I chose today were exactly what I was looking for. They fit my personal style perfectly. They very closely resembled what I had envisioned as my ideal choice.
The mobile site experience is really elegant. The "Next" at the bottom of a results page is a subtle touch to encourage more browsing vs load more or infinite scroll. I ended up buying more than I came for because it was easy to navigate.

Nice dress, had to return because the length looked a tad weird on me being 5'3. The material felt a just somewhat cheap but the dress was beautiful. I would recommend.
Contact customer service and tell them, this happened to me before using a few other websites and they told me to place the order anyway and gave me a refund for the items that were overcharged. Pretty annoying when you have a 50% off code to use and they mess it up!
With your best interest in mind, I would advise that you return in separate packages with labels from each order and watch it closely from beginning to end of the return so it doesn't slip through the cracks. Get a tracking number for each also.
