Their shipping time is super fast, sometimes faster than prime delivery. I use Target for grocery, clothing, toys (birthday party gifts needed last minute!), it's been a lifesaver! The business and customer service team are above average, they have online chat to help with any issues or concerns.

Prescription glasses Order # ************** took almost 1 month, and received wrong defective, now it's been 2 weeks they asking me to return before replacement ordered, and in the mean time go blind without, don't work or drive.

Bought something at Sacramento SW Store. They asked me to install target app. No issues so far. When I told them that I should not have to install the app and their competitors do not require that. It was just friendly feedback that they could ignore. The supervisor said - We are a different store. He cut me off and walked away. Called their customer service to share my experience. They said if I do not like target's procedures, I can take my business elsewhere. What a rude company!
I received a gift for Christmas which i did not need. So upon returning the item and just get a store gift card they informed me that I cannot return any additional items for the remainder of the year, until 2024. There is a $100 cap on returns. I just reminded me again why I never shop at this place.

"I pre-ordered a Funko POP in October. Then I start seeing them in stores. I contact Target.com and was told not to worry, I would receive my product shortly. On 1-6-23 I get a notice my order was canceled due to being out of stock! When I called I got the run around. I asked for a hire up and was told they would call me back within 24hrs. It's been over 48hrs.
I will no longer shop at target beciase I'm white and can't identify with all the black actors. You must be targeting black consumers - bad choice! They're only 13% if the population! How soon target forgets the black thugs stealing from their stores in California! Go woke go broke you anti white racist company! I purchased a pair of overalls through Target's website from another store in my state. It automatically prompted me to pay $5.99 for shipping. Didn't like the item so I decided to return it to my local store. I was able to get a full refund for yourself back on the credit card. However I was told by a know-it-all Young worker, that I should have never paid for shipping because my purchase was over $25. I was in given a toll free number to call which I did from their parking lot. It is 7 days later and I still have not received my refund period And I have made six phone calls and spoke with various CSR's. If there was a way for me not to pay for shipping, I would have found it. I do not feel that any customer should have to wait this long of a period of time and speak to various Representatives to have their money put back into their account in a timely manner.
I love Target. As you enter in the store you feel welcome, the store is well organized. My favorite line is the vegetable, always fresh and beautiful. Another part I like is the home cleaning products which are not expensive, and you get everything there. I recommend Target to everyone of my family and friends. You go there and walk around and your chopping car will be full of different merchandise.

I'll never do this again. What a waste of time. It would have been faster for me to purchase my item in the store and stand in line at the register. What sense does that make to make me stand in the return line with 10 other people doing returns 2 days after Christmas for an online order pickup.
We purchased a scooter for our grandson recently. Online shipping dives no up dates, just what they have predicted. Our item was stated to be here 3 days ago. Nothing arrived, now its past the delivery date and still no updates. We are unable to get any information as to where our item is. Don't buy anything from TARGET and have it shipped to you. Buy it in store if it's the best price or get from AMAZON or WALMART who at least give you up dates shipping info.
I went to target to restock on my favorite microwaved pizza but i couldnt find it so i asked one of the employeses but the moment i inhaled a small portion of oxygen my nostrils were met with the fate of death and were clogged by the most outrageous stinkiest smelliest odor i have ever sniffed in my LIFE. Please give your workers free/or at least a discount on hygiene products and encourage them to shower more often. Thank You.
Manager was extremely rude to me when I went inside to ask about my online order. She told me I have to go outside and wait over 30 minutes before my order will be done. I live over 30 minutes away and she told me to leave and come all the way back or cancel my order. I said I can not cancel my order because I used a giftcard and she proceeded to tell me I would lose all of the money on the gift card with no refund.
On a recent visit to Target, I stood in line at the guest services desk behind a single customer. When that customer left, the Target employee did not look up from her work to recognize or greet me in any way. It was as if there was no one in front of her. When I greeted her, she still did not make eye contact with me, nor did she offer a hello. I am guessing more than 50% of Target's customers are in my age group (55+) and that nearly 90% of us have a similar experience with young workers pretending we are invisible. Curious about others' experience with being treated as though you are invisible.
I bought PUR Water Pitcher Replacement Filter - 3 Pack 4 months ago. Water runs through the filter with the same speed as on the first day. It looks like such a filter can be used forever. It's a miracle, it can save tons of money! On the box is "Distributed by Kaz USA, Ink, a Helen of Troy Company", so all the other companies are going to bankrupt. I can't believe Target sells such junk. Target does not care about its reputation of the retailer? They do not value their name?

Without any doubt the worst Target on the planet! Stay away. Consistently rude managers. Corporate does nothing about them. Bad managers =bad employees...
The self-checkout process at Target is complicated and deceiving. After making our purchases a window asked us to select a target card to make our purchase or sign up for a card. When we hit the 'X' to close the window, it went away but the balance was $0.00, alluding that the purchase was cancelled. I hit the try again button on the bottom of the screen and that same box came up. Finally, I looked at the card reader and saw that there was a 'No Thanks' button. I pushed that and completed my purchase.
We have a lot of migrants and young people who shop at target. It made me wonder how many unsuspecting customers signed up for the card not knowing that they do not have to. I felt bad for the cashier having to deal with rude and frustrated customers as well. Target, please stop peddling your card and go back to be being customer centric.
On December 7,2022 I order Christmas gifts. For 6 days they kept changing my delivery date. Come to find out everything I order was on back order. How are they promising 2 day shipping if they don't even have the items in stock? Then they promise I will receive my items on December 19. How is that possible when the items still hasn't shipped. I will never buy anything from target ever again now I have to wait for the pending charges to drop off my credit card. I will never buy anything from Target again.

On 12/15/19, Target advertised the 5 qt Kitchenaid Professional Mixer at 229.99 with an additional discount of 25% off on Sunday and they ran out of stock right away. The next week, 12/22/19, they ran the same mixer at 199.99 with no stock in stores or online. They did not take care of customers who could not buy the item in either ad. Very poor customer service.
I ordered multiple bottles of Harry's body wash as stocking stuffers for several family members. It was a large order and arrived in 3 boxes, none of which had much packing material…one had nothing, one had a plastic bag and one had the products zip tied together that broke during shipping and a too small air pillow in there, the products were thrown all around and arrived damaged. The products all leaked or arrived with broken and smashed lids.

If you have an item that you want to return but don't have a receipt don't bother wasting your time they won't nor will they exchange it for one that work. They obviously don't stand behind there products and don't care I have had to exchange stuff before at other brand store and never had an issue like I did at target. Never again will I shop there
…the website is sooo iffy. Sometimes it works, sometimes it won't load. Sometimes you can find what's in your store, sometimes you can't. There have also been times I've tried to add something that was *definitely* in stock to my cart, but when I hit the add button the site freaked out and told me that item was unavailable. I prefer shopping at Target in person, the app or website can be a bit unreliable.
I live in the USA and watching show on Peacock and a commercial comes on in a foreign language. I couldn't understand a word but did recognize the target logo. So I guess you really don't care about all the English speaking people who see your commercial. I hope you can make enough profit off that small segment of the USA to make that commercial profitable. I'll just continue to shop elsewhere.

Looks like Target has sent a lot of ringers here to up their ratings in the last few months. Nice try guys but your whole shopping experience is still subpar. To answer this question, IT DEPENDS on where you live and what you order. If you're right next to their warehouse, SURPRISE, it's there in a day and you think they are fantastic. If you live far away, the item is no longer in stock or they are slow to fill it, it could take six weeks. It did for us on a couple of occasions, SO it's the luck of the draw and certainly NOT better than Amazon.
Be careful. If the item suddenly becomes unavailable that you already paid for you will have to wait 30 days for your refund.
I'm sorry. I ordered a lot from target.com and never had a problembefore, but when I finally did have a problem... hours and days on the phone. One of the service techs put me on hold for 30 minutes. Another put me on hold for 15 minutes and then hung up. Horrible.
I was unable to purchase a prepaid phone card with my gift card. This fact was not disclosed in the product description so I found out at the checkout when it was too late. Now am stuck with the useless gift card. I am very disappointed in Target shopping and will never buy anything from them ever again. I do not recommend Target shopping to anyone. Spare yourself some aggravation and shop elsewhere. Enough said.
