Process was simple and straight forward. Easy to complete. My cats are sisters and they also rely on eachother. Someone threw the mothers and the babies out when they were about 3 weeks old. They are so sweet, even after 10 years. I was not aware of any of this information and am glad I ran across it in order to move from a large home to an apartment due to unable to maintain property mostly due to deteriating health issues. Thank-you very much.
Don't have an order number or anything as it's taken five weeks to get this and I haven't received it yet but they say it's coming so I wanted to buy a tan or a vest and can't find a shopping site they just sent me to the ID card so I wanted to look before I decided what to buyVery bad customer service they didn't even have my address and said I've been approved and it was in the mail and it wasn't because they didn't have my address Wow!
Knowing that I will be able to have my dog around me all the time is such a relief! This was such an easy process and gives you everything you could possibly need when you order from this site! You get official paperwork, and provide so much information for pet owners at the tips of our fingers! Would highly recommend!

Was very easy to do. I'm moving so I'm hoping I won't have to pay a monthly fee for my pet. I'll see what happens once I move in April if 2023

Very helpful once I was able to get the second questionnaire submitted. The first one would not submit for some reason.
I recommend that the ID card be included in the documentation covered by the initial cost. I will be sending this along to a friend who is looking to have her pet with her at all times as well. Thank you and have a very nice day.

Recently traveled to Fargo, North Dakota with my Alley Kat by my side. (A toy Australian Shepherd) and she accompanied me to several restaurants, steak house, hotel. No problems at all with her vest on. It doesn't fit her very well, as she is small, but she just lays down under the table and does not bother anybody, But she and I keep an eye on each other. I have been a member of Support Pets for many years. My girl is `12 yrs old now, and I hope will be around for a few more years. But, when she does have to pass, I will get a new support dog and can transfer Alley's coverage to the new dog.

It looks seamlessly put together. I'm hoping that I don't run into the some of the problems I read on the Better Business Bureau app before I chose to move forward with you. I just was released from my back surgery so I'm able to walk and I would like people to know that Zeus is a service dog so they don't want to come over and pet him he is very very very friendly but I'd rather them not.
I I need for walking post lumbar surgery and stomach surgery coming on the 27th. He's not only my support he's also my protector he helps me walk and when I say Jesus help me he stops and lets me lean on him I love my dog so much I'm glad we adopted him out of the shelter. Someone just left him on the side of the road like trash. Even think of doing some things other people have

I really appreciate this experience. It will be so gratifying to know my cat is safe and can continue to be my support animal. I have no social life, not even with my family. I have one older daughter that still talks to me and so many grandchildren I don't get to see that live 15 minutes away. My cat never goes outside and is such a comfort.

Experience was very good due to the ease of maneuvering the site and straight forward questions. I didn't give 5 stars because I didn't appreciate all the extra "deluxe" offers, as it makes it unclear what items are necessary & which are superfluous. I don't really know what I'm getting as far as documentation. Should I have ordered the certificate? It feels scam-like & I wonder if I've chose the best way to do this.

Given how many support dogs are on the small size, with airways that cannot be restricted, I believe that style vest is not appropriate for this specific need. Also given the size of the pet and the vest, are Velcro labels adjusted to be equivalent to the vest? My hands can't fuss with new fangled straps adjustable Velcro works wonders for fumbled fingers.
My service dog I trained from birth was stolen in a bitter divorce, he stole what meant the most. Our first sleepover was a total disaster after being a part for 1.5 years, I SAW WHAT THIS DID TO MY DOGS. I've cut all contact with both the ex and my dog. It's doing no one any good to fight over what's been agreed to in court. I did it for her. As I am weak and can't handle her weight, we had devices to allow me to walk her. He took them away. In her best interests and the Pomeranian she was "copycat training" with came with me. I got him a kitten, as he'd not known life without another animal in the house. I listed 2nd animal on the form, but now have to send another email?
Yesterday, I walked into my Dr office complex where I finished took Cooper out for a bathroom break, on my way back in, we were stopped and asked if he was a service dog, and I couldn't lie to her, he has no trainer, and he needs to be with me. Much more than I was aware of, I received a cancer diagnosis and now face many months or more fighting, while still mid divorce. Should say enough? I need him with me, and after 40+ years of abuse, I fall into the mental health services world. I see this as one of my options now.
I didn't get asked for pets name age sex breed, I'm hoping this is just because of renewal vs register new pet. Thanks a bunch
