Overall good experience, there were some issues regarding not all packages turning up in my mailbox. Flagged to customer service and they were absolutely amazing, issue was resolved in under a day and customer service response was very quick (even responding out of hours which is appreciated). Shipping rates also better than expected, will definitely use Ship7 again.
I would normally use yourselves and DHL but between you your getting very expensive. How can you charge me $48.79 to ship a 12" x 12" x 4" box weighing 1.50lbs to the UK. I was shocked with this price and decided to use UPS. I look forward to your reply
I've shipped with Ship7 couple of times, and they've always provided a rather speedy service. Except one time. But, to be fair, it was DHL's bad (claiming that the package contained Lithium batteries, of which it wasn't true at all). Anyway, it took them a couple of weeks to solve it, but at the end I have received all the goods that i've ordered from the states.
I'll definitely use the service again, however, I'll rather choose FedEX instead of DHL.

Shopping service is a disgrace when it comes to pricing. Basing it on the value of the goods is hard to understand given that larger much cheaper items would require much more effort AND you have ZERO financial risk as we pay in advance!

I had an issue with a 2nd battery purchases for my Ring device. Ship7 stated they cannot ship it due to Dangerous Cargo restrictions. After some discussion, they helped me out by separating the battery and shipping it to a local address, while continuing with my normal shipment overseas. I have used SHIPITO for many years from the USA, this is my first or second time using SHIP7. So far it seems fine to me.

My package delivered on 19 January but didn't registered in my mailbox.
I submit a support ticket they replied that the suite number isn't mentioned on the box.
When I checked photo I found the suite number.
I think their staff are looking for any reason to respond the customer question.
The second point is pricing they charged me for 30 lbs so I paid 130$, But actual weight was 6.4 lbs which charges maximum 56$.
If you hear my voice don't try to use this company services it's better to stay away from them.
Their team asked me to provide suite number then they didn't appear.
I think they need some time to review the details about my issue.
Trying to navigate through the site and figure out what somethings meant was rather difficult but other than that. It was ok!

I enjoy the service, the complimentary images of the parcel once it arrives at the warehouse and the ability to give a refund without long waiting times.
Website is hanging. To complete operation need to log in multiple times from different devices.

Some things are now worth not sending to you separately to save on freight costs!
Example: The 3 mufflers that I am currently shipping with you would have cost me only $75 freight to Germany via ebay.
With you, the 3 mufflers would cost $127.15 freight. Can you tell me something about that? You should get very good conditions from the freight companies, right?
A: I would like to achieve good, fair freight prices because you may have better conditions.
B: Perhaps this can make a small contribution to environmental protection, but I can't calculate what it is.

Hi Alastair, She had a problem with her credit card so we weren't able to charge her. And at the time we haven't fully activated live chat feature on our website so she got frustrated for a while. And then we resolved the problem and shipped out her items but apparently she didn't come back and write anything else on review sites. We wish she did though; but her final thoughts was not this bad as compared to her initial comments here. We tried to reach out to her later on, we even responded to her review here, but could not get a response from her. I hope this helps.
