Ordered earrings two times from Romwe - both times they were delivered about three weeks later. They were decent quality - better then Icings or some at Walmart, but not 24k gold obviously. Really nicely made for the price. Also wore them for a bit and didn't turn my ears different colors (like some cheap ones can). Also it looks easy to replace the hooks/posts if you do have super sensitive ears and need specific materials.

They took my money twice and never sent me anything on shipping on e I started disputing it is when I actually started seeing something from them the only thing was my bank account now they claim to refund me but can't find the money they didn't put it back on my card they put it in a Romwe wallet where I half to spend it on their site

I ordered a load of back to school stuff i think it was 1y ago and it was a total of 119 dollars and my order never came i waited and i even called after it went past the number days it said it was supposed to came they said it would take 7-10 business days to get my money back which i never did so my experience on this app sucked especially since that was my first time ever using Romwe and since then last, i'm glad someone at least picked up the phone.

My $300 purchase went to the wrong address after I changed my address on Romwe's website. I guess they kept my old address on file, which caused the glitch. They did nothing to ensure I received the purchase. They did not issue a refund or cooperate with me and stopped responding to my inquiries. I literally lost $300 and the onus is definitely on them and they did nothing to compensate me. They placed the blame on Canada Post who were simply delivering to the address assigned to them. The worst part is, most of the items were presents for my nieces and sisters.
Since this review has been published, Romwe reached out to me and said they'd refund me. However, I've never gone through such a complicated return process, it is taking months, they passed the responsibility onto my bank instead of themselves, saying it is up to my bank to figure this out now, and I have yet to believe that I will actually receive the refund.

Ugh! So disappointed :( I spent 40 dollars on clothes that I needed for a special event and never got any of it... I ordered weeks ago and they marked it as "been shipped out" just so I can't cancel the order. I go onto Usps and it says it hasn't even been shipped out to their building. I've emailed many times and get no response. Don't buy from here they just want your money. So mad!

We didn't receive the full order because the packaging was not in tact. Romwe was finally reached with online chat! Hopefully they will make it right.

I had tons of reservations about this company because it seemed like a scam and I was absolutely right.
I purchased a gift card for a birthday present and sent it to myself (because I wanted to make sure it came through) and immediately, I got an email stating my payment didn't go through. Except I could see on my credit card that I'd been charged. No GC appeared in my inbox. I checked spam. I emailed customer service. No response.
A day later I needed the gift still so I purchased another. That one went to spam. I immediately emailed customer service to say I needed to cancel the first and refund my money. No response.
I have now emailed them so many times I've lost count. They claim the have no way of refunding my money which I do not believe at all. They keep telling me to just use the GC which I still do not have.
I don't want the gift card. I only bought the second one because the first never came through and their own email said it didn't.
They don't care. They don't read anything I've said in my emails. They have no desire to fix anything because at this point they have a free $50 charge.
This company is so so shady and absolutely cannot be trusted.

Update: So Romwe did answer answer my inquires through customer service and they also reached me through my email. They refund me what I pay for customs and Im so happy now The products were great, they all fit me perfectly and they arrived so fast. Dont hesitate to buy and if you have a problem they will find a solution for you!
I placed my first order and chose standard shipping to Nicaragua, that was the only option Romwe offered me. Now Im being charged customs fees even though the website mentions you will only be charged customs if you choose express shipping. My order was sent through express shipping I guess, because it was DHL. But I didnt ask for that. I wanted the standard shipping I chose because I know customs is really expensive here in my country. Now DHL is telling me I have to pay over $50 and my order was just $90. Im so mad and sad at the same time.

My whole order was literally in terrible shape, nothing came in the size stated and even if it did the measurements were completely off. Then on top of that my skirt and bikinis were damp inside the romwe clear bags and they smelt like mildew. Absolutely disgusting. I have used romwe for over a year now and i really liked it. Usually i would order packages once in a while but then recently i ordered a couple of packages, my very first package i ordered was may 6th and as understandable it would take a bit to ship because of covid, and then looking and the shipping it has stayed at a local courier facility for over one month and nothing it helping me try to find it
ROMWE is very good@ enticing online shoppers to spend money, the 'catch' is, they are AWFUL@ any kind of Customer Service. Good luck trying to return items & keep in mind the customer pays for shipping it back! I have about as good a chance to place a call to 'OZ' & get the Wizard to actually answer. Order placed in early May - says shipped on ROMWE but tracking ID has been sitting in PRE-SHIPMENT since May 7th. I don't believe there's any intention by ROMWE to send the items we've paid for. There is no customer service and there is no way to get a refund. There's no physical address on their site and no one responds to emails. These guys have a class action in their future, if they don't take their money and run first.
You pay for what you get, cheap clothing. I'm a uk size six so I ordered a xs in everything I bought. When my order (finally) came none of the items I bought fit, one was in a completely different colour to what I ordered and they were all huge on me. When I tried to I didn't get the option to return my order so I emailed (which i still haven't had a response from) and got in touch on instagram and facebook and got a response within two weeks. I'm still waiting on my refund and had to pay to return although they sent the wrong items! Do not recommend buying from here.

Ok so I ordered 10 items of clothing from romwe 2 weeks ago. They were seperated into two packages 9 items in num 1 and 1 crop top in package 2. Package 2 came a couple days ago and I really liked the shirt. I have been waiting for package 1 but unfortuneately on the romwe site, whenever I go to "my order" then "shipped" It gives a notification thingy that says "Failed! Please try again later" And it's been like that for several days. I literally have all bars of internet and everything else works fine. I can't see any of my tracking information and it's kinda annoying :')

I've been using romwe for a long time and honestly I never had problems, maybe because I never ordered often, or because the clothes I didn't like I just donate it,
In my last order they divided the package in 2, one day I received 1 leggings I had ordered, my order said size S but instead they sent me size M, I contacted customer service ( or tried to) that same day, and that's when the nightmare began,
First let me say this is the worst customer service ever, the first lady even said that I was wrong cause she couldn't find the item ( but I had it in front of me)
They disconnected the chat because I was "inactive" when she told me to hold on a couple minutes, after that I spoke with a few people, they all got me disconnected and mad, I sent pictures, details, etc, and nothing.
It wasn't even about the money, it's about a good service but that's to much to ask.
I finally gave up, I don't want anything anymore, but I won't be ordering anymore from them, and it's a shame cause they had cool stuff

If you are willing to deal with this ignorance then use the app, but in my opinion it's not worth it, there are a thousand apps with bettet customer service and similar cheap prices.

Romwe is a scam. They pretend like they have a great return policy but when you try to make a return it is nonexistent. Do not trust him with your hard-earned money. Rum from them as fast as you can. Dishonest Company.
I had a HORRIBLE experience with the 24 hr service and when i asked to speak to the manager, he helped solve the issue but didn't really go above and beyond, so i put a very detailed review of my experience and one of the customer service reps gave me 500 points for my troubles and made sure my situation was properly taken care of. If you have issues ask for managers and post detailed reviews and the higher ups will fix it better than the normal employees.

I ordered a package and it was returned to sender by the post office by mistake. I tried contacting the romwe customer support but it's a robot and doesn't answer questions. I have been unable to get a refund or have the item resent. I am very frustrated and will never shop here again. This is unbelievable. I also tried emailing them and got no response. I just want the item I payed for or my money back. I would recommend shopping elsewhere.
