It does take about 3 weeks to receive an order but it was completely worth the wait! My ring arrived with all the required documentation and certification. It was in a beautiful box with a light for display and the ring itself is phenomenal! I went with the higher grade diamonds and my ring sparkles and shines amazingly! The pictures can't even do it justice. It's gorgeous. I absolutely love it. I will purchase from PrimeStyle again.
My husband bought me an anniversary ring in 2016 it was platinum. The band bent and I sent it back twice. The third time it happened I had it reset into 14k white gold in 2017. In 2019 a diamond fell out I sent it in and paid to have it repaired in 2020 a diamond fell out on the Sam side I sent it in and paid for the repair in December of 2021 the same diamond fell out I sent it in again and paid for the repair I wore it twice and it fell out again this time I sent it in and wasn't charged for the repair they have not put the correct size diamond in so there is a gap between the diamond and the center diamond. I spoke to David and he assures me it was inspected and reinforced but I am afraid to wear it because I am afraid the diamond will fall out again so I have a ring I am afraid to wear.

My fiancé was reluctant to make such a big important purchase online as we were nervous about scams etc. He got in touch with primestyle via telephone and purchased a ring that I had previously told him I really liked. The ring was received within a couple of days and was absolutely gorgeous. We took the ring for an appraisal and it was appraised at more than double of what was paid for it on primestyle. The diamond was bigger than I expected and the clarity was amazing. We will not purchase jewellery from anywhere else.
Called, spoke the owner. He was knowledgable and very much wanted to help me purchase the wedding set I chose. My husband bought me a new engagement in lieu of the one I lost a year after our wedding. I chose a beautiful. 45 carat princess cut solitaire diamond mounted on a 14 k white gold. The ordering online was fast and easy and there was a small glitch though when we successfully ordered online we never saw any notification if the item we ordered was already shipped because Primestyle was transitioning into their new website And there was no way to track it in the website. We ordered my wedding set from these people in WHITE GOLD. It came in and I took it immediately to my jeweler. It was rhodium plated over YELLOW gold and I've had to have it re-plated every other year because it starts looking VERY yellow.

Customer service answered all my questions. Even went out of their way to measure the width of several mens wedding bands because they were not listed on the website. Ring arrived within 1 week. Great service, low prices, sloppy delivery system. I guess you can't make too many complaints about the poor ordering system when the prices are this low. I don't know what happened to my order exactly but it was almost a week late. Fortunately I had ordered plenty of time, and I suggest that if you use these guys you do the same if my delivery experience is anything to go by. Having said that when I found him with a problem they take care of the matter straightaway, and when the ring arrived, the quality and price was perfect so – you can't have everything I suppose. I still recommend them, just make sure you order in plenty of time.

My engagement ring from here is absolutely beautiful. Had a slight issue when I got soap into the setting for one of the side diamonds. Called primestyle and the manager sent me out a label right away. They replaced the diamond and reset the entire piece for us. Every step of the way they kept us appraised of what was going on.
