Our information because I have different email accounts and we suddenly started receiving multiple spam emails a day - Rocket is the only company with that email. So if you truly mean no spam, then you better have a legal agreement in place with Rocket on your privacy policy, or you need to remove them.

You make promise of loan to women, and those with low credit score, but as with ALL others, you simply want me to use your credit repair co. Why always the BATE AND SWITCH? Why not go to my FRONT door. Stay out of my hedge, the neighbor's roof, away from my alley,and stop hovering at my fence. Where is America hiding their balls?

Once you ask about interest rate which is advertise at 1.75%, you will find out you get a million annoying sales call and none of them has the rate they are advertising. Word of advice, anytime you see a link that says AD on the corner, do not log on, it is just a scam and the rep from all 4 companies that called are street hustler wanting to make a buck selling you a loan at rates far higher then you can find on line any day.

I have no mortgage, own 100% clear & free. No option for that. So loan offer is way to low. Also didn't check with non VA lenders. Not given an opportunity to look.

This sucks. I was expecting rates here, not to be tricked into spamming my info everywhere. Bad business.

I gave you all of my personal information. You made the line go back and forth saying you were finding rates, applying discounts - all this stuff - just to come back and say you've got nothing. Clearly everything you'd been displaying up to that point was not true. Credibility: lost.

1) Interest rate around 2.01 to 2.05 %
2) I will make two payments of my new loan ( i. E. If monthly payment comes to $1,000/-, I will make 1st Paymnet on 1st of the month and 2nd on 16-18 th of the same month
3) There is no escrow held on my loan. As I pay RE taxes, HOA fees and Home Insurance on my own.

Very adequate, was easy getting this far. I've had hard times on these apps, not good with it but this was better than I expected or am used to. I don't have a phone that I can get codes it don't even work right now and not sure about my email cuz I'm needing away from Google but no one gives you options, or way to tell someone that info, no phone working it just was very easy and laid back thank you

I really haven't time to get to experience with this site yet. But I does know one thing for sure that is if they can help me I will say that they are excellent. Because I need help really bad.I'm trying to get a loan grant. The only thing about that is you has to fill out your life history and to getting up all these Documents together. I haven't been able to refinance became I sold my other home and paid this one offin cash.si I never owed any banks all I pays is the properly taxs.

Info indicating this wouldn't impact credit rating was before the last page (which authorized up to 5 lenders checking my credit). Does that status of not impacting credit remain at that last step, or does it change? That's not clear. I also own my house "free and clear" but there didn't seem to be an option for that, which I understand might be moot, but it would be good to have clarification.
