I've never been inside a Kohl's store. No reason why, just never have. But I did order several 1928 Jewelry Co. And Symbols of Faith gifts last year because Kohl's pricing was really unbeatable. I didn't have any difficulties at all. Everything was shipped on time and packaged well and the gift boxes pristine. No tangled chains or items looking like something had been used and returned. After this, I ordered some warm winter nightwear for an elderly relative, and once again, no difficulties at all. Many of the bad reviews here relate to in-store returns and credit card issues. I can't speak to anything except placing orders at the dot com and my experience was ideal. Hope yours will be if you use it.

If I went in store I would have gotten my kohls cash. Online nope! I spent $381 which $10 for every $50 spent should be $70. Well I got $20, when I talked with associates Arlene she says website is wrong I can only have $5 for every $50 spent which is still shorting me. But she won't help me she said too bad basically. So their website is wrong she says. Don't trust kohls they don't care if they don't have to deal with u in person online is a scam!

Kohl's used to be a great place to shop but not anymore, the prices are off the wall (summer pajamas for women $52.00?). Everywhere I look items are "buy one get one 50%" which is just a gimick to get you to buy 2 but it isn't working. Most items you couldn't possibly want 2 of. Inventory in stores is very low and you can't uses % off on toys (which are already higher than other retail stores). I would also love to have my instore purchase visible on the web site like Walmart & Target have. I can see why they are having probelems but the high prices are not going to help them since store turnout is low.

Look for bargains and don't get sucked into "buy one get one 1/2 price.
Keep track of purchases because it is difficult to figure out return if you use discount and kohls' Cash.
Also, Kohl's cash isnt really used like cash at all. It is taken off before any store discount instead of at the end when you would typically pay.

I cancelled a pick up order that costs $48.99 and instead of refunding the total amount they gave me only $20 back due to their scamof kohls cash. This place is robbing customers do not shop there. I have the whole transcript too saved.

I ordered a pair of boots from Kohl's. I received the boots and wrapped them for my daughter in law as a Christmas gift. They drive in from Alabama and wanted to exchange gifts since they won't be able to make it here for Christmas. When she opened the box, the boots were a size 7 and the box was labeled 8.5. I ordered 8.5. Kohl's is 2 hours away from my house so I couldn't just drive to exchange them. I tried to report the boots and the link brought my to a blank page. There is no way I can find to make a complaint.

Love their variety of options for me as a tall person. Prices are great. In store experiences are great. Online shopping is not the greatest nor online customer service. Their shipping is misleading (I've paid for over night shipping 4 times and each time the items took 3-4 days to arrive). When contacting online customer service, each time the pattern is they blame the customer, offer no solution, then give some sort of a "sorry for your experience," to conclude. There's a big difference between the in person and online expedience. 5 for in store, 1-2 for online. I'd recommend only shopping in person.
Kohl's advertised and I purchased, the RONCO 5250 model rotisserie oven with a one-year manufacturer's warranty, in November 2021. I used it once. Got it out to use is again (October 2022) and it doesn't work. Contacted RONCO customer service. They said that this model stopped production in '2018' and RONCO sold out to another company in 2020 and they will not honor the warranty. Kohl's won't do anything either. Sold me an item where the warranty was invalid from date of purchase! Canceling my account with Kohl's!
My order was a total mess, from wrong sizes sent to receiving an item with the security tag on it. I called customer service and it was a waste of over an hour texting back and fourth with someone who was NO HELP. Cathy G. Resent me my items supposedly and when I checked she sent another incorrect item. What the heck are they doing at Kohls? I couldn't even get a real person on the phone. I placed the order on line thinking it would save me time, this was not the case. I honestly will not deal with an incompetent company. Or at least their employees are. This was very disappointing.

I would never buy clothing again from Kohls.com because if it is not as represented or defective, you will have to pay to ship it back. Kohls showed an ad for very attractive overalls but when the medium sized overalls arrived, the cut was entirely different so that anyone would look quite overweight in the overalls because the side buttons were too high up and far out to out to the side. The overalls were nothing like the very attractive overalls which were advertised. And unlike other decent stores, I have to pay postage to return them. So I will never shop online at Kohls again.
My part of my order is lost and now the items are not available. They totally ruin my family picture. I tried to get the kohls cash and money I spend back and is a disaster. This is the second online orden I having issues with. I'm not going to trust them again. Don't buy online.
Hi all I just had to write a review for the Kohls employee Joanne O. I met her last night at the Kohls in Millbury MA. I had found the Tel Gear pants that I was looking for but the size Medium were no available on the rack. Joanne came to help me immediately and checked her phone to see if they were in stock. Sure enough they were but she had to go and search the warehouse inventory to find them. She only took about 15min to find them and came back with 2 pairs in my size and the colors I wanted. Hi Five Joanne O you made my day and Christmas because these are for a gift me from my husband. Thank You for being so kind, patient and helpful. In a world of hurried people you are a shining star and are excellent in customer service. Also a shout out to all the other employees who helped me find my pants. By the 23rd-- the item was still not here. The tracking said the company sent a pre expectation shipper but no merchandise. That is the way it stayed. Kohls, of course, says it could be the shipping company instead of taking responsibility. So I spoke with a woman about overnighting the item for me since it is Kohls fault. She starts arguing that we dont know its Kohls fault. Could be the shipper. No more Kohls for me. I am done with them. 2nd time with shipping issue.
Have to say I have had nothing but positive experiences with Kohl's. A couple of times I have gotten the wrong item in an order and they worked diligently to correct the mistake. Customer service always very polite and helpful.
Ordered two candles and a toy. 2 GLASS candles. They were shipped in a large box 2 glass candles and a toy...NO PROTECTIVE WRAPPING- no bubbles, no crushed paper, NOTHING. The candles arrived shattered, obviously, and because of that damaged the toy ads well. They did give me a refund but couldn't explain the shipping and when I asked for a supervisor I was given a voice mail and still have not gotten a call back 5 days later. I WILL NEVER USE KOHLS.COM again!
This year shopping for children's back to school clothes I visited many stores. Most were not stocked and the variety was very limited but Kohl's was great. So many brands to choose from and very neatly displayed. The customer service reps were friendly and returns were easy when need be. Their online selection is even better than in store and the shipping is prompt and arrives quickly. The quality of the brands they carry are also top notch and wash well. I would recommend shopping at Kohl's.

Poor online ordering experience. Couldn't log into my account because the system was down, so I had to check out as a guest. Then they sent the wrong color and am given only option to return it online. No option to communicate with someone online to fix it so I had to go out to the store (Jackson, MI). Once at the store there was no clear directions to returns so I went up to the checkouts right by the front door. They were not busy 1 customer at check out and one just getting into line. As I walked through the door a cashier greeted me. I walked around the maze to get to checkout. There had been 3 employees discussing something and one checking out someone. I thought ah cool, np I will be in and out in no time. I was wrong. 1 of the 3 other employees that has been disusing something came over and opened a second line. BOTH cashiers were painfully slow and both started having issues with items ringing properly. It was only after standing 15-20 minutes waiting for them to finish at least 1 order, a manager came up to help them. As she came though glancing over at me with my package with shipping info on it she told me returns were in the back. So I go back to returns and the only thing they can do is return the item and reorder the right one since it isn't in stock at the store. Would be fine except it was a sale item and I have to pay full price for the reorder and if I want the price difference back I would have to wait for the full priced shoes to come in, then take them back to the store again for a refund and re-ring. I live 15 minuets from the store there is no way I am wasting all that gas because you couldn't send me the right shoes in the first place. I returned the shoes and wont be shopping there anymore.

I've spent some time looking for clothes here but every time it just gets too confusing with all the deal stuff, and it feels like I get a bad deal if I don't figure it all out so I avoid shopping here. Shopping online is a bit easier but they should hold my stuff up front instead of making me walk so far to the back. It's fine once, but it's also a mall area, so it's really an adventure just to do a pick up.

If you like shopping at this store like I do, please go to the actual store in your mall. Shopping online at Kohl's is not treated well at all. I was sent the wrong size shoes and the package arrived not at a good state. It has been replaced of course, but I don't like the experience.

However, I didn't see their e-mail and now it's "Expired". The expiration date is also VERY short, good luck with that.

When shopping online with Kohl's be aware that your money spent for shipping is never given back to you The local store is great, but online shopping is horrid. I have had to return three times and I am out the shipping. Be aware those that do this, like me. Shop wiser and not with Kohl's online. They are not nice either in the store when you bring the product back. I am not real happy with their grouchy attitudes. In store is great, but out of store is horrible,

Used to love Kohls but now you have to read the fine print to use your coupon. I really don't have time for that... they got me in the store, but I ended up leaving everything at the cash register because the coupon excluded name brand items... 2 hours of my weekend wasted.
I recently purchased an item online, found out a day later "after tracking my order" that the order was "cancelled" due to item being out of stock. I called Kohl's asap, one rep stated my monies would be refunded in 48 hrs., another rep stated my refund would take 7 days, my bank stated it would take to weeks. No consistency on when I could expect MY money, Kohl's customer service needs a lot of improvement, management as well.
