This company took forever just to package some items I ordered. I needed the following items for a baby shower. It's still sitting in the warehouse and has yet to be shipped. They said I wouldn't receive my order until later on next week. By then my baby shower will be over, I asked for the customer service agent to cancel my order but she would not. They are not helpful and clearly do not care about their customers. They have already took the money and have yet to send my product. I'm so over this entire company.

Actually it doesn't even deserve 1 star regarding its bad services. As I haven't received my order so I am contacting the customer care and they tell me that you need to contact the delivery agent as there is no issue from our side. They say that they have sent mail to the delivery agent couple of times regarding this. The problem is not resolved from their end then they are suggesting me to connect with the delivery agent however I don't get any response from the same. I am very dissatisfied with their services.

Be cautious the Eastgate Branch charged me twice in December and i am now end of January still trying to get a refund service sucks as no one answers the call centre number or returns any response to your emails.
Ordered something online for a Christmas gift. Shipped late to begin with, finally got it and they send me childrens elf outfits?!?!? I ordered a mens sweater and womens underwear. Completely garbage and they're doing nothing to rectify the issue. DONT ORDER. They'll ruin your order and conveniently your Christmas as well!

I used to LOVE H&M and I was ordering from them on a regular basis for my entire family.
However, extremely long delivery times are unacceptable and I'm not ordering from them anymore. They take your money for all the items ordered, it takes forever to deliver, customer service is useless and you don't have the option to cancel your order.
Compared to all other sites like Zara, Reserved, and C&A...H&M is just not reliable. Also, many products (sizes) are out of stock.
I received a jacket for Christmas and needed a smaller size. Unfortunately they did not have one. I did not have time to shop the store as I am going on vacation the next day for 3 weeks. I
The gift receipt was with the jacket I returned and they told me they don't give store credit and that I had to do an even exchange. Well I could not find anything at the moment and asked the manager why give a gift receipt then if I can't have $ or store credit. She could not and did not answer me and walked away. I guess this is why I never shop your store! Oh! And all your cashiers including the manager all hate their job, and it shows!
Their clothes are so cute, I'm not sure about the quality because I never received my orders from online shopping, I feel like it's rude if it happens to you the second time you order. It's a hassle, especially returning wrong items. Please contact the customers if you can't send the right ones, don't just shove items in the box, please… That's all. We all waste our time at this point.

For some reason using a shipping company that also has TERRIBLE reviews. I don't know why they offer shipping. They clearly don't care whether you get your order. I have loved h&m for years but I'm giving up on them.
I paid for next day shipping on an order that I placed on a Thursday morning. The next day shipping was $30 and it wasn't expected to deliver until Monday. I needed this package before leaving for a trip on Saturday. I called Friday asking where my package was and that I wanted a refund for the shipping fee because it was not going to be delivered the "next day". They said they could not give me a refund because it might be delivered on Friday even though 2 seconds before they told me that it wasn't going to be delivered until Monday. They then told me to call back Saturday to get the refund after the order isn't delivered by the correct time. When I called back on Saturday, they refused to give me a refund bc they said that Next Day shipping meant 2 business days. It does not say that anywhere on my confirmation email. I then asked for a complete refund because given the fact I was going out of town and would not be able to use the clothes I ordered I didn't want them anymore. They refused that as well. When I asked to speak to the manager they refused to transfer me over both days. Mr. Ta Kelly is the man I spoke to and he is rude, not helpful, and very condescending. Literally the worst customer service department I have ever had to deal with. I will absolutely NEVER shop with them again.

Really bad services on delivery I ordered sneakers and tshirt 23 days ago and i just got a delivery confirmation today and it says it will take atleast 13 more days to delivered and on the website it ws 6 to 7 day even after Covid -19 delays. Plz never get anything online from them. I will try to find other platforms as well to inform ever1 too

Everything nice is always out of stock! They say it's new arrival and some kind it's out of stock, immediately. It's stupid. Why are you in our region anyway if you think we can only afford to buy cheap things. Well I don't need cheap and awful looking things if I can't buy the better ones.
Could not understand hardly anything she said, I received the wrong items and they won't send what I ordered out until I send the $10 rings back they sent me when spent 10X the amount of the rings. She stated it could take up to 30 days to get my money back for a mistake they made.

I wish I had read the reviews of this company before I placed my order. I ordered a man's shirt and having being notified that it had finally shipped, I followed the online tracking until it showed that it had arrived at my local post office. I then waited several more days but the status never changed. When I contacted H&M Customer Service, they told me to wait another week. I waited, and still no update on the order. When I called H&M this time, they told me I needed to wait another TWO weeks and then contact then again. At this point I knew that this could go on and on, so I turned it over to my bank to deal with them.
I attempted to order clothes from the website and found it very difficult to navigate but once I found my way through I was able to find what I wanted
So I got a notification letting me know that my package was delivered yesterday, but no package. Thanks for ruining Christmas

H&M have cutie clothes. But the CUSTOMER SERVICE is horrible. You can't understand what the customer service representative is SAYING. The wait time is not bad about 5 minutes. But the customer service representative don't speak English well! Everything I asked about I HAD to spell for the representative. I know that this is the land of the freedom and we have to give job to anyone that qualifies. But there English and there understanding is HORRIBLE! Still don't have my pants. So good luck H&M customer 's.

I made an order to an old shipping address (which in an entirely different state) by accident, I call customer service minutes after, and they tell me they 1) can't cancel order because I used express shipping 2) can't change the delivery address after order confirmation 3) can't refund because they don't have a refund button.
The only thing that can be done about this was a "missing parcel," and no one even offered to refund immediately. It's not the customer's fault and the customer shouldn't be penalized for a mistake such as this one.
I'm never shopping with H&M again - they don't deserve me, or you.

I am rating with one star for cloth quality but regarding staff, it's less than 0. Really bad experience from H&M Ahmedabad Satellite store. I am really disappointed from one sales person whose name is Anil regarding bad behaviour, and very unprofessional behaviour by that staff person. My son age is 2 years. And we are waiting for fitting room with long queues and long period for that and that time my son just play with stool. Anil has to take a jerk stool from my little son. And then I complain for the same, he was angry with bad language. So I am really feel bad experience. Just I want to suggest to authorized person, staff should be supportive for customers, But it's not in ahmedabad store.
Horrific experience. I normally shop at H and M often and love their prices but their response to covid is absolutely horrible. I ordered a package like three weeks ago and it's been saying that usps is waiting for the package to arrive to them so they can ship it. It has been saying that for days. I contacted customer support and waiting for 40 min before an agent started a chat with me and the moment the agent got on, the cat randomly stopped and wouldn't let me say anything. Then I emailed them 2 weeks ago and still no response. Absolutely trash. Extremely dissapointed. Pacsun got my order and had it at my doorstep in a week, even though covid is active. H and M is garbage, don't order online.
Don't order anything if you want it within the next few weeks. Their processing time is awful. We called last year about an order and they said "due to the volume of orders" it was taking extra time in the warehouse. No special events. This year, they said the same thing. Love their clothes, don't order online.
