I met my boyfriend through Hily, which is quite funny because I had my settings for locals since I had just moved out and wanted to connect with new people in there, but for whatever reason the algorithm showed me people from another states or even another country (which btw led me to know really nice people, some I still talk to, because yeah, despite the dating apps' reputation, this one has a lot of interesting people and no bs at all). So, thanks to that is how I met my future husband, although at first I just wanted to get some tie dye shirts he happened to display at his profile -no idea if he was trying to sell em- but I decided to ask if he had some shipping to Mexico and that's how the story begins. Long story short, we are +2 years in and about to get married! So, even if your algorithm is weird or has some error going on, I had to quote Bob Ross as a short way to describe your app "We don't make mistakes—we have happy accidents" Thank you, Hily!

This app has a really nice looking UI- very different from others I have seen which is a good change. However, there really does not seem to be mischievous that sets this apart from other dating apps.

This is a very barebones dating app, there's really nothing special about it. They try to promote this livestream feature but honestly that's not what dating apps are for, if I would want to watch a livestream I'd go to IG or twitch. After that the app just feels barebones, just another Tinder copycat. It's functional tho.

The app is relatively easy to use, but I was a bit confused about some of the features. Luckily the support live chat was super useful, as they helped me clear out any confusion. The customer support is definitely the main selling point in my opinion.The app itself is pretty good too :)

So I downloaded Hily for the first time ever and it said that I can't start an account because my account has been disabled because something did follow the guidelines. They told me the only way that I could reset it would be to send in a government ID to prove my age. So I think this is the biggest scam and waste of time. I can find better dating sites that don't ask for government documents. This is just 100% bs.

As I asked a question about billing and having no idea the subscription was in my Apple ID and how Hily was taking a payment out from cc she assisted me with a breakdown step be step on how to vie my account and delete it for that matter, as she continues to explain automatic billing.and from that point I was understood on how the whole presses went each month.

I've tried an lot of online dating sites Bumble, Tinder, etc never really had an lot of luck with them but reading some of the reviews online regarding these sites most people haven't had an lot of luck either! The only good thing that I could get from the lockdown was possible because of Hily. I was at the top of my boredom, so I decided to look for a good app to meet people, and that's how I found Hily. Firstly, I would like to address the title of your review, and clarify that in Hily, you can set your distance to anywhere between 10 and 200 miles, and if you wish to, you can also increase it to 200+. Additionally, we have a global search option which further increases the distance you can search in, as you can set your search location to anywhere you want. Lastly, I would like to mention that while Hily has paid features, they are completely optional, as all of the basic features in the app, along with streams and stories are completely free of charge.

I only just joined and today they said my account is suspended for being underage, I'm 50. I don't believe anyone reported that. Now they are asling for my Drivers license to restore my account. Oh hell no! No dating app has ever asked for that. Super sketchy and I deleted it immediately.

The app is promising but there are a lot of improvements to be done. An example is removing most ads that are showing in the application and making it more user friendly.
