Firstly, beware of this Company. If only I had read reviews before ordering. The Returns Policy seems simple enough. Fill out the Returns Ticket and post. The only problem is you can't access the Returns Ticket on their website. Send an email to Customer Service and they don't reply. I bought 4 items, two were unsuitable, 1 was good but I needed to exchange for a smaller size and 1 I wanted to keep. Looks like I just threw away $100 +.
Not happy with their service. I purchased two swimsuits and only one arrived. I have sent several emails documenting the problems including the delivery paperwork. I have not had one response from fullfitall.
How can you advertise on FB and not be legitimate.
I just want what I paid for, surely that is not too hard. You are quick to take my money. Very very disappointed customer.

I purchased a swimsuit which I plan to return. I have contacted customer support service twice to ascertain the refund process and have not heard back from them. I realize I only have 15 days in which to return the purchase so time is important.
Why couldn't Fullfitall's refund policy be clearly stated on its website like most online vendors instead of requiring you email *******@fullfitall.com? Their refund process is inefficient especially when the customer receives no response.
Don't waste your money. Fullfitall is SHONKY as they come.
They'll send you (in my case) the wrong product then refuse to help you or give you a refund. AND you cannot generate a refund ticket as they website says. I regrettably spent up big for my first holiday in years only to go and buy something from an actual store instead. CRAP as all get out!

I've received no response from the e-mail (*******@fullfitall.com) to which one must send a return request. There is no way for a customer to initiate a refund via the website or from the e-mailed order confirmation. The policy on the website indicates a 30 day return window with free returns from within the US. This seems to be false.

No customer service; business does not respond to inquiries and the website does not provide a way for the customer to initiate a return without e-mailing the company. I've e-mailed *******@fullfitall.com several times and the company has not responded, yet. I'm afraid the company will allow the 30 day return window to lapse before responding; after which, the company is not required to provide the guaranteed free return within the US.
Emailed them to return items, they gave me the address and I sent my parcel back tracked and signed, left it long enough then emailed them asking for an update on the refund, they told me a couple more days, I waited then emailed again and they offered me £20 back out of the £130 returns I sent and since I said no they have been ignoring me, on every platform, worst company ever

Having received my payment, none of my emails or even messages on their Facebook page were answered. To date, I have still not received the tankini set I ordered.
I frequently shop online and have been doing so for years but this is the first time that I have not received the item I ordered or any reply to my enquiries from a company.
In my opinion, this company doesn't even deserve one star!

The company will ask you to go through many steps for a refund. When you mail it back to the place they ask you to there isn't access to the address per USPS. Very frustrating, I would stay away from this company.
Chinese company pretending to be in Australia. Claim to have excellent customer service when they have none. Impossible to return goods or get a refund as they don't respond to emails. Blocked me on Facebook after I posted a negative comment on their site. Don't waste your money like I did.

They would not respond to my email requesting a return. I threatened to contact PayPal if I did not hear from them. Finally I get an email with their address. I responded with send a prepaid label. Haven't gotten it so I filed a claim with PayPal for a full refund telling them this is a fraudulent company.
