The Givenchy Gentleman EdP Boiseé is an amazing fragrance. Delicate, yet masculine, with a lot of staying power. Delivery was speedy, and the packaging was extremely secure. I was just extremely disappointed to see Styrofoam cubes lining the box. I know there are economical, sustainable cushioning solutions out there. And I'm much happier when I can recycle something as opposed to tossing it in the garbage.

I placed 2 orders 2 days apart and I received both orders at the same time and they were in the same box. I was more than happy that my orders came together. Everything went as planned. The service is good the website seems decent to navigate through. My only issue is at the beginning of completing an order. (unknown) delivery time. Basically your in the dark after you make a purchase waiting for your order without any idea of time of delivery. This is probably the biggest reason people use amazon because you get delivery dates and it's usually within 1-2 days. If they had faster more accurate delivery dates this site would almost be perfect

I received my bottle of Tom Ford Oud Wood and it was literally empty. There is no liquid in the bottle and I was extremely shocked and un satisfied with my first purchase from fragrancebuy. It was a very large and expensive purchase I made with you guys and for the bottle to be empty is for lack of better words ridiculous. I don't understand how a brand new cologne in its original packaging comes empty. I would need a refund immediately.

Love FragranceBuy, they're timely, and professional. However, their shipping partner for US deliveries is lackluster. Between constantly delayed shipping, and my last delivery arriving in a completely soaked box (the way it was handed to me by the driver) is pretty annoying. I thought my fragrances had broken, but they were in great shape besides being soaked with water.

Arrived sooner than expected. Updates and tracking provided which is great, plus a text received as soon as the package was laid on my door step.
