To be honest, I was a little nervous to order from Farfetch because I read some mixed reviews. However, I took a chance and it worked out really well. My order came from the UK to Canada and got here surprisingly quick and the product was just as I imagined it would be. The entire experience was awesome.

So, instead of Stone Island shirt I received an empty box and after submitting a claim to Farfetch, they simply answered that all was OK and they didnt noticed any problem with my order. Really? So where is a shirt? I dont recommend this shop. Their service and client orientation is getting worse day by day.

Ordered a pair of shoes that supposedly were coming from Italy. The ordered never arrived supposedly cause it got damaged and two months later, I'm still trying to get a refund. Tried to dispute the charge through my bank and they lied to the bank saying that they had delivered the ordered when they even sent me emails that the order was NOT going to get delivered. Anyways, frustrating, still waiting for the refund and I do NOT recommend ordering anything from them.

Im absolutely satisfied ordering via Farfetch. They provide excellent range of best brands, great range of good quality products and perfect Customer Service support. Also they are perfect in packaging, fast shipping, easy returns and refunds in short period of time. Alsom I highly appreciate that when some article Im interested in come back on stock again, in size that fits me - they send the note to be able to make an order.

I returned my package with the DHL service and it seems somehow the package went missing!
I have proof of return, but Farfetch put practically NONE of effort to solve this case. Very de-shaming company where they put everything but the customer first! I barely get respons of them. While its absolutely their responsibility to contact the delivery service to find out what happend.
I still did not received any refund so far ( €137)
If they wont take their responsibility soon, I will definitely take further steps myself to solve this case!
Update: after more then a month of "investigating" I did get my refund. Took a long time but after all the case is solved..
One of the worst luxury buying experiences I've ever had. They only care about making money and dont treat or even talk to customer in a respectful way. Was on with two very rude customer service people and was treated like crap before being lied to and hung up on.

I have been an early and loyal Farfetch customer since 2014 and have bought the majority of my clothes & shoes through them.
I recently made a purchase that was not delivered to me.
Fedex claims they delivered the product to my door and I signed for it. This is false and has never happened in my 20 yrs of ordering online. Farfetch is refusing to refund me for the package which was not delivered by their selected courier, despite my track record and historical spend.
This is NOT a business that can be trusted.

I have been a loyal customer for 7 years and have recently submitted a claim for a product they shipped but was not delivered. Farfetch refuses to reimburse me.
If they ship your product and it does not arrive to you they will not refund you for the product not delivered.

Farfetch cancelled my order saying I requested it. When I called customer service they said it was cancelled because they don't deliver to my address even though I made several previous orders to the same address. Also they could not give a valid reason for not contacting me prior to making the cancellation without my authorization.

Shipping was good. Packaging could have been better. Overall i am happy with the purchase. Expected the jeans to be bit more thicker material, but they are very thin material to feel in hand. Especially for being a GOLD member shipping should be free, but they still charge a fee for the postage.
I have bought a lot of expensive items via Farfetch and always had good experience. That was only until they had to take responsibility though.
In short I bought several identical t-shirts in different colors only a few months ago and one of them has an obvious manufacturing flaw which got a lot worse the first time I used and washed it. After a lot of (stupid and unnescessary) questions which I answered the initial response was I could get 10% off a new shirt. What a joke! Afterwards they closed the case due to them deciding it was wear and tear = no refund or new shirt.
So yes! The customer service and taking responsibility when not making money is indeed VERY FAR FETCHED! Shame on you.
My best advice is to do your shopping else where!

I ordered a sweatshirt from Farfetch on Wednesday that was being fulfilled in Italy. It was at a discount and i was not in a hurry to receive it so i chose standard shipping for my order. The next day i received a notification that the order was going through customs in Italy. My expectations of when i would receive my order were around 11-15 March. The next day it was on my door step by noon. Unbelievable! And it matched all my expectations.
The service and quality of the products deteriorates each time I order. I returned my order over a month ago and sent three emails asking for a status update but no response and unsurprisingly my refund hasn't come in. They treat me like garbage despite being a high access member. I'm worried how new customers will be treated.

I ordered some shoes off their website. They were never delivered. FARFETCH REFUSED TO submit a claim to FedEx and told me it's my loss. I contacted FedEx they said the company refused to submit a claim, to go to the local police and file a police report. I'm literally fighting to get my $820 back. DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM! I promise you will regret it!

I believe the items are genuine and generally come well packaged. But the pricing algorithm annoys me. I had something in my cart, and in the next 10 minutes the price for the one size I had in my cart had gone up $40. All other sizes remained the previous price. Sneaky.

It offers great deals and there are always items on sale from the world known brands for half a price. My recent purchase was Marc Jacobs Boho Grind Mini Bag with a 40% discount, which means a lot for Mark Jacobs! My my experience with the shipping company was poor, they lack and responsibility, they refused to deliver it to me at home and told me to meet up somewhere closer to the driver. I paid a lot of money for the heels The least thing I expect is having a professional shipping company to deliver it to me at my home. I received my item and after one use, the threading of my pants began coming loose. These were Dolce & Gabbana pants so about $400 - not what I would expect for this price tag! I contact customer service immediately. I didn't even want a refund, just a replacement. They told me they can refund 10% or speak with "partner boutique" for resolution. After 3 weeks of waiting to hear back, they told me they cannot do anything as this is a result of normal wear and tear. I have $20 pants that last me years but somehow they can say 1 use is wear and tear and makes it ok for them to start ripping apart. SHAMEFUL! Also - the material is VERY thin, you can see see through them. A part of me wonders if these are FAKE designer pants. I will never purchase from this company again and anyone that's thinking about it. LOOK ELSEWHERE!

At the end they send a courier to me to return the shoes and receive my money - of course for that luxury I had to pay the shipping cost, VAT etc for the first shipping.

Ordered a coat online, they had it in every size. Used promo code because im first time buyer. Ofcourse after 4 days of not receiving any mail. They cancel my order (not in stock anymore) and gave me refund. On the same site but delivery for other countries, the coat is pretty much in stock. So I guess they prioritise the ones who pay full price, but have your money and order pending just in case. Worst experience. Will never order again!
In my experience, as far as genuine items go, yes. My recommendation to you is, research the store you're buying from, because your experience can be 0 or 5 stars depending who you're buying from. I bought a new Valentino bag and received an used one from a store called Gente Roma. Farfetch did nothing other than contact the store and politely reply back to me that there was nothing they could do about it! They made the sale, they're making money off me, off course they should have done something. Nope. I could return the bag, which was an option regardless. Gente Roma was so disonest about the condition of the bag, I was afraid they would blame me for sending back a used bag and only give me a patial refund. I felt my safest option was to keep the bag. On the other hand, when I bought a pair of Valentino shoes from Exelsior Milano my experience was flawless. From the fast shipping, to the packaging to shoes that had never been opened. Moral to the story: if Farfetch doesn't have to get involved, you're golden. If not, don't bother with them. Call the Pope or your credit card and dispute your charges instead. You'll have a better chance of getting something.
Maybe there is a 24 hour time frame to cancel your order after you made it but if that 24 hours frame has passed I'd try calling them. Their customer service can be helpful

Sorry I would not know. I am a man and shop almost exclusively Alexander McQueen. I have never had any issues with authenticity, or damaged/used goods. An interesting story though. On Black Friday weekend I purchased a Fendi briefcase at 50% off and then another 15% off with shipping at $20 CAN. They have since put the bag up to full price with the boutique that carries it, Fendi usually does not discount their permanent collection, so I got a bargain!
