I ordered some headliner material from them. It took 6 business days to arrive The material is very nice, and the padding on the back is very thick. I am well satisfied with my product. I think it will look very nice on my 1970 Ford.

I ordered March 9th and still have not received my package as of June 5th and have gotten no real responses back from the multiple emails I've sent and even the calls I've made. I received one response March 15th but nothing after that and my order is still in the wind. Please see the screenshots attached and do not order from this company. At this point all I can do is warn others and simply hope and pray that I can at least get a refund...

I placed a order March 25th and still have not received my order. Can't get a hold of anyone and only got a few replies with email saying my package was sent. But the tracking number provided says the label was created and ups had not been given the package yet. This is the worst customer service ever. You think when you spend $100 with a company they will make sure you get what you paid for. Wouldn't even give them 1 star but i had to in order to post this.

Placed an order over a month ago. Tracking number hasn't changed from label created in 3 weeks. No responses once I demanded a refund. I need to file a charge back on my credit card now because of them. All the positive reviews they get are from the owner or are paid for. They're not real. The company will also probably respond to this with a standard cut and paste responses. If customer service was so important then actually respond to the emails and send out orders that people pay for

I have had great luck with this company! Both their products and there customer service were Amazing. I purchased fabric. It look gorgeous! Just ordered 3 more yards to make a matching. The price of the fabric was 1/3 what my interior designer wanted to charge me and the quality of the fabric was much better than the sample her supplier sent for approval.
I ordered my fabric on June 1 it came on July 8 missing items. I tried to contact their multiple customer service lines, no one answered, I asked for a refund multiple times no one answered. I spent nearly $100 on my order and the fabric came over a month late missing two of the most valuable fabrics I ordered. I will never be purchasing from them again and I hope you don't either because they will scam you for your money!

I received five out of the seven fabrics I ordered no answer for a refund and the most valuable fabrics I ordered were missing. I’m sure they won’t get back to me about a refund for those items they haven’t yet.
Hopefully, everyone does their research before buying with this company. I placed an order for $68.00 and never received anything. That was in December 2021 it is now February 2022. I tried calling and the number does not work, I tried e-mailing and I got no response. I did a chat online that never went through and the same with the chat on my phone. But what I did get was an e-mail asking for a review which never got posted until I went to this site. Good luck with never receiving anything or speaking to anyone.

Their website says that your order will come in 5 to 7 business days. I'm still waiting and it's been six weeks. I called the phone number listed on the website and it is in operable. I tried emailing them and I finally got a response that was short and Curt and it said "your fabric is on the way". Hadn't gotten it yet. Thank goodness I didn't spend much money with them.

This company charged my credit card as soon as the order was placed. No email confirmation of my order was ever received. I attempted to CHAT with someone but CHAT is never available. I made several phone calls to customer service but the phone always goes to a busy signal. I finally got an email stating that my order would ship on Monday, April 4. Here it is Friday, April 8 and still no order. This order was placed early in March and they promised shipping within 7 days. What a crock! I contacted my credit card company and will be opening a dispute. They are unprofessional thieves.+
I ordered a fabric on Nov 14,2021. I checked on it a week later VIA the customer service email and they said it had been processed and should be mailed out 11/26/21. I wasn't happy, but oh. Ok. OIt was only a yard of fabric so perhaps there is bulk mailing for small orders…. Now on 12/02/21 I received an email saying my order was cancelled per my request! I never requested such a thing snd what happened to the mailing promised on 11.26
Their tracking is bogus. Don't try calling, you'll get no answer and if they do contact you by resulting in email. You'll get a half truth response. They lie saying it's been mailed but after a month of not getting your merchandise you'll realize that yourself. I can't say enough bad about this company, I truly don't believe they care about their customers. Only good thing I can say is at least I won't have to deal with them again!
1/03/22 order, 1/12 I emailed them, days later they reply "shipping Friday" so that would've been 1/14.1/20 No shipping info received so emailed again 1/20. Is this company even in business? Both LA and 800 numbers are out of order. My order was placed for 5 yards (luckily only $43) on Feb 12 now it's March 2 and no results or correspondence whatso ever. DO NOT RECOMMEND
I made an online order January 22,2022. It's now April 28,2022, I still haven't received my order or a refund. It impossible to get an answer from this vendor. The only response is a UPS tracking label that doesn't change. I have asked for a refund or my order numerous times. In the last month I don't even get a response. If you unfortunately find yourself ordering from here, do not try to contact them. They will not get in contact with you, I gave them the time they estimated even a day more and no updates on my order. I decided to read their reviews. I still haven't received my order. I also have reached out to the company multiple times to find out where my package is and they only responded once over a month ago. They told me my item has been shipped out, however when I asked the shipping company where the package was they told me they haven't even received it yet. Now the company is ignoring me, and the project I needed the fabric for has come and gone. I would not recommend purchasing through them.

I currently order fabric 2 weeks ago. It says it ship 5 to 7 days. I will not receive it on time and when I emailed them they said it will arrive soon. Yet they still haven't shipped ot yet. So horrible customer service and false advertising.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER. I placed an order for four tablecloths a month ago. It said arrival would be 5-7 days. Two and a half weeks later still no package. I wrote to them on several occasions saying to cancel my order I needed them to get there by a certain date. They said your order cannot be cancelled and that they were on their way. Weeks go by, still nothing. I keep emailing them. They then promise they will be there by the day before my party. They didn't arrive until TWO WEEKS AFTER my party. I have yet to get a refund on this. I no longer need them and want to send them back and get a full refund. The customer service person didn't even write their name on any of their emails so that I did not know who I was working with. And they were very short, rude and I professional. The phone number listed on their website for customer service IS NOT A WORKING NUMBER. I will never use this company again. TOTAL SCAM.

They took my money early last year and for months I hounded them asking if it would be here before Halloween then before Christmas each time they say yes but still haven't shipped and provided a FAKE TRACKING NUMBER. They never sent a refund and it's been over a year. Now that I asked for refund they don't write back, don't believe me look at the date the order was made and the status of tracking number below they are a Chinese scam when I'm in Cali next month best belive I'm getting my cash back or else things getting nasty between us better hope you don't try me in person can't hide behind a keyboard forever you scam trolls
