I was super scared after reading countless nightmare reviews. Our experience was amazing. Phoenix to San Diego price too good to be true and yes I booked it before i read the reviews. I also didnt opt for any additional insurance or any extras. Everything went perfect each way no issues whatsoever. I know sometimes company's make mistakes and then never live it down but this time they did great!
I received my confirmation as expected. However, the following day I received a somewhat confusing email that seemed to imply it was time for me to log on to get my boarding pass -- 3 months in advance of the actual flights. This caused me to go back to be sure I'd booked the proper flights. I'd simply suggest you review your standard emails from the perspective of a first time user and be sure you're not inadvertently creating confusion for them.
I had to change my flight back. The App, nor the automated Chat allowed it and redirected me to the Customer service. 1) the number was wrong, it didn't bring the +44 UK country code 2) after 10' waiting time, I hang up as the call bill was already up to 40$! I knew that the airline company had seats available on earlier flights. Never ever again booking through intermediary like eDreams and Co.

The worst experience of my life! There is no way to get their phone number online. When I finally did I was on hold for 2 hours! My problem was so simple I just needed to combine two bookings into one ( which initially was their mistake) nobody helped me, told me that I have no option but cancel my reservation for 80% refund and that's after I paid cancelation and return fee when purchasing the ticket. It's the WORST booking service! Save your nerves never book with them!

We booked 2 flights for June 2021, in December 2020. 4 weeks later, due to health issues of a traveller, we requested cancelation of the flights. (4 in total)
Well, after numerous requests and the departure dates arrived and went, we received an email saying no refund available even though we took out insurance.
Now we are told it is up to the airline.
All bull $#*!. Ripped off. We would never use or recommend this company.

After missing a flight from another airline, we went into panic mode and started the online approach! EDreams wasn't the first to show up, but after scrolling and searching we found it to be the best option for us. Confirmation came immediately, and although all the boarding passes didn't come through the desk knew all about it. The helpful airline rep even changed our seats do we could be seated together. Will have no issues with using again. Thank you for the rescue!

I booked a trip (flight and hotel) for over $2,000. I needed to cancel due to a family emergency. I went through my email to cancel then to the chat to cancel. The email said non-refundable and the chat said that I would be refunded for the airline. Which is it? The flight and hotel were booked at the same time yet the hotel wasn't cancelled. I was told that I had to call. I called and was told that only $200 could be refunded because it wasn't cancelled before a certain date, which it was. I referred to the email which was 3 days before the date I was told. The customer service was angry and changed his story as i tried to cancel before the date. Short story made long... I'm out $1,500. I would never booked through edreams again in my life. There is no easy access to customer service and when you do get through the service was lacking and unhelpful. Very frustrating and disappointing.

After checking in for the flight, e-dream sent me a boarding pass in the name of another person. It was impossible to tell them about the error. On the return flight, they did not send a boarding pass at all. And this is a Prime service, for which they charged more than 50 euros from my account. After reading the reviews of other affected passengers, I realized that I would never deal with this company again.

After you finalize your trip, the site gives you THE FINAL PRICE with "taxes and service charges included"... but when you click on make a payment button, there is a new final price, much higher than the original one... but it's too late to change your mind and cancel... what a scam?
Than you file a complain with Customer Care team and they do assign your case number but that's where it ends... no follow up and no resolution. Oh they also say in their response "Thank you for trusting us"... what a joke! DO NOT trust them... there are so many good travel websites that have the same deals but without scam.
I did not realize I was making a booking through edreams.com vs. the actual Frontier web site when I clicked on the Kayak.com link from my search to book the flight. My fault, I was distracted and I regret it deeply. They have totally messed up my flight reservation. Frontier does not recognize my airline reference code and says they cannot talk to me because they have all the wrong details on my flight. I'm about to blow a cork!

Missing important information, as I booked Business class its not written on the Booking details, as it is called booking DETAILS i would love to have at least also my confirmation and a text that my tickets are Business class. But they dont give these details, so in the end it could be that you pay business class but you get only Economy class as its no DETAIL of Business Class on the Booking ticket...
I just chose it because it was the first Homepage who came as I googled my flights

There should be a UK law that any company offering travel originated from th UK has to have a UK base governed by our laws and where we can take legal action.
These people are fraudsters.
They are given some credibility by the likes of Skyscanner promoters and other reasonable websites who must know their reputation but profit from their custom.
Websites like Trustpilot allow them to suppress negative reviews on technicalities with the result they just look poor rather than blatent scammers.
A disgusting company
All the properly detailed reviews on Trustpilot seem massively negative, the positive ones like ‘Ali was very helpful'. Pity that there is not more screening of reviews on their site.

Booked a trip to USA and paid eDreams mid 2021. They informed me BA cancelled flights. Said refund would come, it never did. Impossible to contact eDreams! They kept my £1,000 good night! New age con men…
Beware of eDreams false advertising. I took out the Premium Support Service for extra £16-17 per passenger. This includes a free and exclusive telephone number and email address dedicated to premium clients. However, I did not receive any details of this and when I contacted eDreams for the details they gave me a telephone number that belongs to Opodo and my inquiry was transferred to the main eDreams contact number and placed in the normal queue. I was also told by eDreams that the Premium email address DOES NOT EXIST.
One of the main reasons for taking up this service was so I can contact them via email so whats the point of this if it does not exist. I have since had many problems with eDreams and have had to cancel my flights with them. Do not trust them whatsoever. Still waiting for my refund, nearly 2 weeks now.
The app is user friendly and easy to navigate. The eDreams Prime is a really good deal and brings lots of benefits. The only thing I noticed is that I received an email informing me about a delay in my flight, yet I still couldn't see it on the app until 5 hours later. Overall I like eDreams and I highly recommend it.

Probably a fairly typical covid situation, airline cancelled due to our govt restrictions. Edreams notified us, then started the full refund process. It took a while, but I suspect that was mostly the airlines. They gave periodic updates. Only thing they could have done better would be if I could call them to get updates when there were longer gaps between steps, but I can understand why they can't do that.
Overall, I was worried being an online agency during covid cancellations, but they came through for me and I received my full refund. Would be happy to book through them again next time.

Warning traveller! Please think twice before booking a flight using eDreams. Yes, they are cheaper, but you pay the price in bad customer service quality. About a year ago I booked a flight to Vietnam with eDreams. Total value was over 3000 euro. The flight got cancelled. Their customer support is unreachable (mail, phone, Twitter,...). You will be left out in the cold if anything happens. I have never received a refund for my booking *******954). Think twice before ordering.
It was a nice experience and I liked the UI. However, I had to wait to contact the customer care and was not able to connect with them late in the evening or through chat. As a result I could only book a day later after clarifying which did make the prices for my flight go up marginally. Other than that all good and would definitely recommend eDreams.
It has been marketed at our NHS healthservice discount portal as a reliable platform.

I received confirmation but not Boarding Card. This I was offered by the airline that listed a price slightly higher and made me uncomfortable as I thought I booked the flight twice. More so, when I went on your application and searched for a Boarding Card I received a reply that it will be available 6 hours before flight. Usually one can receive it 72 hours before. 6 hours before for a person without WIFI at home can pose a problem as there is a long train ride to the airport involved. Can you remedy that?

They don't have customer service phones. I discovered this the hard way when our flight was canceled in Lima, Peru and they did not provide any refund or alternative flights.
I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.

It's next to impossible to get hold of the customer service at Edreams because they don't give working phone numbers or emails. The only answer you'll receive is from their people trying to placate angry people writing bad reviews. And even if you do, they'll send a letter pretending they solved the issue, but they don't.
