The cust. Assistant, was helpful, patient and did everything in her power to satisfy us. But the process is too long,ambigubecause they wereous and too expensive. A change of departure date is like you would be buying bricks of gold. Customer pays and profits are for the airlines and cheapoair. They tell you you can cancel or change within 24hrs, not so. I did not even get on the plane and the change cost me more then my original booking with less amenities.

They kept transferring me to their schedule team and with waiting long more than 4 hours and no response at all. In the end in their chat service they said there is no flight for me to schedule. I do not recommend them and I will never ever get tickets from them.

We have purchased tickets in the past and it was no problem experience.
Customers service has been excellent. They represent your company well. The one thing I didn't like is that I wanted Business or First Class for my entire trip because of my health. I have Multiple Sclerosis and my L3, L4, L5 disc are deteriorating and the pain in my back is severe. I just wish he could have gotten me in Business or First Class the entire trip. I needed to get away for a while I have been stuck in the house and it's depressing,
Cannot understand the agents. I was on hold for 31 minutes for one agent and did get an answer. The next agent i waited 34 minutes for baggage info and got disconnected. I received two emails saying to contact cheap o air for urgent changes. Agent said these were false. I wanted to change a checked bag for a carry on and he wouldnt let me. I usually use cheapoair for my flights with no real issues. This was the most frustrating and time consuming situation ever.
It would be good if the agent could call me back if bad connection or disconnected.
Not great! I would like to speak to an agent! There was no problem speaking with someone when I booked the trip and gave my credit card. Since then I can't get a hold of anyone. Ive waited nearly 3 hours on hold and never had anyone pick up!
I initially had trouble booking my flight online, however the gentleman helping me book on the phone was amazing, polite, and had a great sense of humor!
Very poor. Spirit airlines made me frustrated during transit at Orlando, FL airport after changing my entry gate at a very quick notice and i ended up missing my flight. Worst of all i was abandoned and asked to hang around for 2 more days before another flight can be made available for me. Very bad i was on transit at Orlando airport and i missed my appointment. I will never encourage anyone to use spirit airline. Highly disappointed.

These guys are horrible. If the flight schedule is changed, they confirm it from their side without our consent and then want us to pay money to get a better flight schedule.
I called them for 2 weeks and everyday I was transferred from one department to another and kept on hold for hrs before they disconnected the call on me everytime. I will never use their services again and absolutely DO NOT recommend them at all.
After all the problems with internet and MasterCard blocked for trying theft and multiples calls to MasterCard and CheapOair.com(all the attendants were great and very helpful to I brought my ticket back home). For that I changed my 2 starts to 5 starts. Next year vacation to Denver, CO, now I know where to buy my air ticket. Thank yours guys very much again. My stress were release. Now I will have good time from days left to fly. Resting and have fun.

I had Emma for my reservation information. She was polite, patient, and professional. She knew how to do her job, which is so impressive. Most young opeople in my experience have no manners, don't have people skill, if it gets hard they will pass me along to someone else. So many congratulations for having this young lady in your company. If only all reps could be this informed and just nice.
This website is now my preferred method to book flights, especially around COVID19 restrictions. I like the easy to use intuitive user friendly platform. If you need to by pass the US then it's fantastic when using Multi Destination instead of looking at a bunch of one way flights. I hope a member of the team sends me the offers they have an discounts as I will be using this website for all future travel plans.

The first time I tried to purchase, it did not give me a confirmation page and there was no confirmation as I called customer service and confirmed there was no booking. Yet, there was a $0.01 charge pending on my account. I was able to redo the booking and the original pending charge was still there in addition to 2 more. Hopefully this gets resolved or I'll have to contact customer service again. Otherwise, the process was easy and straight forward.

The booking process was very easy to navigate, and allowed enough time to contemplate the best selection for a persons goals and the means available to try to meet that goal. The range in flight times and costs were fair and broad based. Thank you for allowing my grandchildren to visit me with their mom while my son is serving our country abroad in the armed forces. Site was easy to navigate however, there are so many choices that come up after you have already confirmed your flight, that it's hard to tell if you missed something. I also had a fraud alert on phone and an email that my preferred baggage request was declined. I thought it was done at the same time? Over all happy but it would be good to be more clear. W.

I have booked many flight overseas with cheapoair, never had issues until this time. One of our connecting flights was canceled and we spend literal HOURS on the phone with their customer service before and after our trip and received zero money back. Wtf? They kept promising to contact us until we were so fed up that we gave up. I will continue to travel overseas but I will NEVER book with these thieves again.
We do not appreciate a phone call pressuring us to buy seats when we already turned that down on the website when purchasing our tickets. We felt pressured even after we said no to the person who called us. She actually very condescendingly said, "You purchased tickets for over $3,000 and I'm offering you seats for only $60 and you are turning them down?" And, yes, we still said, "no." We do not respond well to pressure. We have used cheapoair for years and would appreciate a little more respect.

I love CHeapoair. Been using this travel company for over 4 years primarily! Absolutely quick excellent customer service agents. Patient. VERY THOROUGH when unexpected changes/emergencies/everything can happen. They CARE! The customer service agents always go above and beyond to help and always there to make sure I save even more money than expected. NEVER CHANGE CHEAPOAIR!
Cannot get anyone to speak to so had to try to change my flight because of airline cancellation. I was charged a traveler's assistance fee of $14.95 to book my new flight but received no assistance at all, did it all myself. I'm not paying this and I'm still waiting for a refund from the previous booking the airlines cancelled. Also I don't seem to be getting any of the emails your supposed to be sending me and I checked the spam mail as well.
I would not use Cheapo under any circumstances. Look at the 698 (!) complaints at the Better Business Bureau website. They hide under the name Fareportal, which is the parent company.
Don't use them. Book through the airline. I paid to select my seats, then a week before my flight they put me and my companion in the middle seats in different rows!
Security may not be an issue but they can cheat you by hiding information you should know. I would suggest to not use them and their customer service personnel are also worst I have ever seen.
It is 24 hrs but I would suggest not to buy ticket on their website. There are many hidden aspects in their tickets and hence they can sell it at lower prices but yu might end up spending more eventually. I suffered myself recently and had to buy a new ticket for my travel as they gave me a bad ticket.
Don't book with them for a car rental. Did this and the rental agent at Advantage said they don't honor "third-party" bookings and had never heard of them. Our car cost triple what was quoted. Oh, and they charged $15.00 to my credit card to "reserve" the car. I tried to complain but on hold for hours, tried email complaint, etc. I gave up. Great experience booking a flight but horrible on the car. Don't waste your time booking a car with them, it doesn't get honored.
