It took a week longer to make my ring, but the wait was well worth it! The craftsmanship far exceeded my expectations. Many of their pictures of the rings don't do their rings justice, the milgrain detail in my ring looks stunning in person. This ring is a size 5.5 with a 2.25ct, E color diamond, ideal cut and excellent polish and symmetry.

They were quick to accept payment for a $15k ring but when I asked to return it for a refund they have been really slow in trying to process the refund. I waited the full 20 business days that they stated on their website it could take to process the refund and finally called them to see what was going on. The person seemed disinterested in my concerns and was dismissive of me. He quickly cut me off when I tried to ask questions. He made a poor excuse stating they don't have enough workers. But they were so quick to take my money at the beginning. They also take down negative reviews on their website because I posted a review last month about the buying experience and now when I go back to their site I do not see my review at all. Buyers beware.

With Brilliance you get to look at hundreds of diamonds and the IGA reports to go with them. Take a good look at those reports and take the time to know what you are looking at. You can find an excellent diamond at an excellent price. Next you need to be prepared to wait. This is not a last minute decision site as it will take 30 days or so for your purchase to show up. Customer service was responsive and made sure to notify me of delivery. Delivery was by Fedex and someone has to sign for it. You need to make an arrangement for that, which should bring you peace as these are high dollar items.

I needed help in deciding the perfect gift for my girlfriend (because she has an extremely unique taste). When calling Brilliance, I was a little scared because I wasn't sure if I could find specifically what I was looking for anywhere, but Jonathon honestly worked throughout the day with me to get an amazing gift at the end! Beautiful packaging and amazing customer service! Thanks for all the help you gave!

Tip for consumers:
You can pretty much find any kind of jewelry here. They are able to customize pieces to your liking, and extremely affordable (that was my main concern).

I placed order for Diamond engagement ring on Dec 8,2022 and I was promised that they would be deliver Engagement ring no later than Dec 24th. I did not expect delays so I requested to cancel my order FOLLOWING DAY and But I was told, "we can not cancel your order and it would be shipped to you and then you can return, I would have ship it back to get credits". I did not understand their return policy." They never delivered the order past 24th either. I called them and Lady name Shannon told me that oh someone would contact you from management. After several days of calling to track delivery information. I told that I must get refund, They finally cancelled my order and send me confirmation on Dec 29th.

Brilliance management CEO /Owner Jonathan Ohayon sent me email claiming that he cancelled the order. I have no money credited back to my credit card till date ( January 16,2023). I am disputing with credit card company.

Overall, I had a bad experience with this company. Do not fall for other reviews on this site or other site. They do not sound legit. This company is doing unfair business practices with consumers. I had paid the Ring for engagement and it delayed our event due to this sad situation with Brilliance.

We needed someone to build our custom ring design, and Brilliance did it perfectly. With some patience and hard work, we collaborated to create the most beautiful ring, and my fiancé couldn't be happier. Which is a good thing, because she might not always be happy with me, but when she looks at that ring, she'll always be happy with it. Haha. Seriously, it's a long and tedious process, but we'll worth it. You only get one chance to do it the first time. Why not do it right? Highly recommend Brilliance.

Wonderful customer service and helped me design a beautiful ring just as I needed it. Being able to view my order status in its phases of design was a nice touch without the need to call. All my needs and expectations, including a Very fair price, were met and I'd absolutely consider a visit again in the future. Top notch job at Brilliance.

So I have return this poor cut dimond for exchange but is now one month and am still waiting to get my dimond deliver, when I call company was explained that the Dimond got lost in delivery and they will look in to in what happened to my dimond
Now am still waiting not
Sure if I will ever received my dimond
I feel this compan lies about orders and not deliver excally what you hbuy

I recently helped my son purchase a loose diamond from Brilliance for an engagement ring. I'm always a little cautious about making such a big purchase, sight unseen, on line, but the process was wonderful and Natasha took care of us every step of the way. She found us the perfect stone and was so patient as my son looked at the different options. I know we saved significant money over buying this stone from a local retailer, and we will definitely use Brilliance again when it comes time to buying the wedding band!

Well... I wanted to leave a positive review; I really did! However, it is just not possible. The company is slow to follow through and the owner, who seems to be very friendly, looking back, is just pacifying you when there is a problem. He is a really great sells person but does not like to give you your money back. I purchased a 10K item. I was charge immediately and that was fine. Took over two weeks to get the item. Ok, that was fine too. I returned the item the next day and they received the return. Now, over two weeks later and many, many promises, no refund. I am calling our bank to file a claim. Owner is quick to respond, but what he is telling me is simply not the truth and the fact that I do not have my refund, after a full two week since they received the item, is the proof. Be very, very careful before committing to a purchase. They are great when they are selling you something, but not eager to give you your money back when you decide to return it. And I paid over $200.00 to ship it back to them out of my own pocket. That was OK too but now I would like my 10K back...

Let me start off by saying I am the biggest skeptic there could ever be, especially buying on the internet. Was I mistaken. Brilliance went far beyond my expectations. Natasha the manager put up with my skepticism in stride, could not have been nicer, more patient and professional. And Johnathan the owner went way out of his way with his search for me.He not only found the perfect diamond but upgraded at no extra charge. Talk with them they are first class. Absolutely gorgeous selection and very reasonable pricing are Two amongst many many positive traits these guys and gals possess. 24 hour chat ability along with a phone number to get in contact will never leave you wondering a status or just an inquiry for information. Representatives at Brilliance worked with me to get me good clear photos, and even 360 videos of some of the stones I was considering. I had to buy our wedding rings during the pandemic in 2020, so I searched many places online. I'm so happy I found Brilliance because my husband and I love our titanium and meteorite wedding rings! Had a great experience with Brilliance. Checked their website, used the chat feature to answer my questions, and called and spoke directly with them. With very short notice, I ordered 3/4 Carat Diamond Studs for a gift for Christmas and they arrived just in time. She loves them!

I really had an incredible experience buying my girlfriend's(now, fiance's) diamond through Brilliance.com. All the people I worked with were tremendously helpful and courteous. I picked the exact diamond we wanted, and paid quite a bit less than any of the other online vendors. They also worked with me on payments to both secure the diamond, then pay the remaining balance. It was all so easy! They say a diamond is forever, but if I am ever in the market for another diamond, I will certainly purchase it from Brilliance.com.

7-11-2015 friends, i ordered a diamond (almost a carat) and paid by three credit cards. why have i not heard back from erin, the representative from whom i purchased the stone. she was cordial and helpful with my selection, but after purchasing, i cannot get her to return my emails or my phone calls. what is going on? i want the diamond i purchased, and i am getting worried regarding whether or not erin is a real person and if brilliance is a reliable company. please help.

Looking at your diamonds, all that i have viewed are medium blue fluorescence on a color d,e or f with vvs ratings it will make the diamond cloudy

Thanks for your question! Many times the diamonds with the best prices in a given carat and quality range will have fluorescence because, as you mention, it may make the diamond cloudy (though most of the time it does not). Fluorescence affects each diamond differently and we recommend that a gemologist inspect the diamond visually to determine if fluorescence has affected a particular diamond.
