So happy I found this company! Hose is very affordable and if you launder it correctly will last for a very long time. Customer service continues to be excellent!

Prices are good for hard to find products, but very poor customer service. I returned an item for store credit and requested they replace with next size. Got an email saying I would be notified via email when my return was processed? NEVER notified. Contacted them after 4 weeks and was told today that I got a credit that could be applied to another item BUT my return request specified the item I wanted the credit to be applied to (in next size). I should not have to take care of the order. They were hoping I would forget and I did forget the size I need. I can NOT log on to my account and can NOT see what I ordered last. I requested password reset multiple times in past week and no reply. Guess I am out $56. DO NOT BUY from this company.

The worse shipping experience. I ordered swell spots way ahead of my surgery date on 10/14... expecting to start using 3 days after surgery date of 10/24... which would be around the 27th... still no tracking nothing! Finally reached out, to them saying it's on back order. So what am I to use now! This is needed, medically needed! They should've gave me options of purchasing on backorder or going elsewhere...

Cheapest, HIGH-QUALITY 30-40 support I've found. Have used this brand as long as I can remember. I've been a nurse for 31 years and I always order new hose once a year when Bright Life has buy 3 get one free. Love the free shipping as well.

I was very unsure about purchasing another pair of socks from a company that was not willing to help me get the correct size that will work for me; however, your company had someone waiting to answer my message very fast! We have been purchasing from Brightlife for about 13 years. Excellent product, excellent customer service, made in America and a fair price.

I sent a message asking about the size differences between Allegro & Mediven. I never heard back so I placed my order figuring that I could return it, if the sizing was wrong with Allegro. I couldn't see spending twice as much for Mediven, even though I've used them before & have been satisfied with their products. It comes down to cost in the end.

I love your site. The only thing missing (unless I can't see it) is a Wish List.
