Seriously, their service is going downhill. Every other order gets "delayed" which really means "lost". Customer service is outsourced and they are idiots who can only read a script. Order was received at the processing center st 4:32 am, not put on delivery truck until 4:52pm. Did not arrive, what a shock. Now they give me their delayed excuse I might get it by the 20th. Over this. Get your act together. Hire American customer service reps!
Offered a promo for downloading their app and signing in for the first time with it. Did just that and I got a notification stating that my promo was denied. Contacted customer support and was informed of certain other "criteria" that was never initially stated. Went up to an alleged supervisor and he didn't solve the issue. Asked to speak to his boss and was denied. Have screenshot proof of the entire thing.
Item was damaged during delivery. Amazon would not reship. Told I had to reorder and promised to refund the difference in pricing. I had the rep send me a "confirmation" of that via email. Spent hours on the phone being transferred from one customer service rep to another. Sent numerous emails. Finally was told, sorry we don't do that and they hung up. I would not have reordered had I known they would renege on the promised pricing.

I received a package today from Amazon that was atrocious. Why would a driver leave such a package on my doorstep. You want to know why because he didn't give a damn and calling Amazon to report him is like pulling teeth you have all these international customer service people who can care less of what you are complaining about. I'm so disgusted with the way I was treated so rudly tonight for an order that 4 days late. The driver twice sat in the parking lot without leaving the van to attempt delivery. Then customer service who was extremely rude and laughed while trying to call her coworkers liar, which is the one who was respectful. I ordered some items a week ago and they've been constantly delayed and "running late" since then. I was supposed to receive them last weekend, then throughout the week, now it's nothing. There is absolutely no way of finding out exactly what's going on and where my package is. I will be abandoning my account and cancelling Prime very soon. I don't have time for this stupid mess.
They hire morons. I tried to update my expiration date on my credit card it's an Amazon card the work flow say to click on expiration date select date and voila but it doesn't work. So I got on the phone with miss India who had no clue after trying everything I decided to delete the card and put in the new card and To my amazement it updates the card so they need to remove the workflow that doesn't work so customers are not confused it's apparently a bug. The other times I've called to complain on a problem like the damaged dog bed I got,you can't ever speak to some who doesn't read off a sheet of paper total idiots not sure I want to continue my relationship with this company it's going downhill like their stock.

This site is getting ridiculous. First and foremost If you make money online by small gigs and such, don't even think about trying to use your gift cards you get paid with on Amazon. Nope! They will steal it and block your account. Assuming that is why there are so many amazon gift cards to get paid with because Amazon had stolen them from customers. Blocking their accounts. Basically straight robbing single mothers.

I bought a gift on amazon.com.au via VPN since I'm based elsewhere. They "detected suspicious activity" on my account and froze my account across all amazon platforms. Now I had to provide evidence that it was in fact me, who ordered (which I did) and promised to review within 1-3 days. It's been a week and my account is still frozen. And no one answers my multiply query emails either. I can't use the customer service, because, guess what, you have to log in to use it.
"Customer service" is a farce: computers giving you multiple choice responses, people for whom English is not the first language (and are hard to hear when you're hearing impaired), asking the computer to connect to a person doesn't work, etc. If you have a problem with delivery the computer tells you to either wait 48 hours or check with your neighbors. Is that help/service? Doesn't work for me.

USUALLY, I don't have a problem with amazon, however their idiot delivery person stopped (maybe) and dropped the package over the fence in my front yard. This so stupid and lazy that if amazon hired this person, then they are not going to care about how the package was delivered. Q: Can a package actually be smarter than the delivery person? A: Yes, if they work for amazon. LOL.

Always satisfied with the service, you can find literally anything you want on Amazon. Delivery is fast too. Great customer service. Heard there might be issues with the refunds, but I never made one, so I can't say for sure. Ordered packages many times and never had a problem, but I always buy from trusted sellers. I've also read that Amazon has been getting worse with the last years, but that is not something I would notice and confirm. Many thanks to the people who work there!

Good n convenient online shopping platform with a variety of product choice for nationwide shopper. For international shipment I opt for eBay as its communication platform between buyer n seller is more structured and effective than Amazon.
Reason is although Amazon has very good customer support but if you contact the seller, the seller is not as responsive as the eBay seller. Otherwise I will give 5 star here. Amazon has prime shipment options and in general ship very quickly. Transaction is always trusted and reliable as in case the seller don't ship Amazon would refund right away. What else is good for Amazon is when you need to return the items you can just drop off to the designated Amazon drop off locations instead of paying $$ on shipment

I tried to get into my account and was locked out. I called customer support and they said they couldn't help me. I just wanted them to cancel my account and they said they couldn't. It's their website why can they not cancel accounts if the person is locked out of the account. Very disappointing will never use them again. My information isn't safe on their website. Still unable to cancel account. They need to work on this issue. I would give them zero stars if possible.
I have had the worst experience with Amazon. They suspended my 15 year old prime account and forfeited the amount I paid for prime membership without giving any valid reason. Please don't trust Amazon blindly, dont keep any money in pay balance and dont take prime membership. They can suspend accounts anytime and cheat you of your own money. My wife and I love hazelnuts, and from time to time, she would buy a four-pound bag under the brand name " We Got Nuts " on the Amazon website. The last bag she received was a big surprise. All nuts tasted stale, and many were bitter, rotten, or covered with mold. She wrote to Amazon asking to send them back, and Amazon refused to accept them. After that, she wrote a review describing the poor quality of the product. Unfortunately, Amazon declined to post her review, saying that it was misleading.
I would rate it one star if I could, they put my account on hold and demanded I provide a copy of the receipt which I cannot provide without logging in. I called and argued with the customer service and they were off zero help. Ask me to fill out a form which would take over 24 hours to resolve the matter which it would not resolve because I do not have the receipt they want. It's crazy that in this digital age company that supposedly leads the way cannot solve the identity over the phone.
Extremely disappointed in Amazon ethics! The box arrives with obvious signs of being opened (picture) previously. Even of a portion of the box label had been removed. Once I opened it, original packaging was missing and it even included an instruction manual (picture) for a completely different cooker!
This was a primary ad, not an "other sellers" or "used" category ad. Nowhere in the ad did it say open box / used or anything else to indicate anything less than class A merchandise. Completely unethical and without integrity.

This problem began when Amazon Market Place started up and when I saw how bad it was with sellers selling at 3 to 4 times the full retail price at other online stores, it was a hint for me to stop supporting Amazon Market Place. If its sold by Amazon, I might buy it but I do my utmost to find a lower price so I don't have to buy it from Amazon. More often than not Bestbuy or Staples has it for the same or lower price. Bought an Asus RT AC 5300 from Bestbuy for 500 Canadian and it doesn't sell for less at Amazon. Returns are no hassle 30 day returns and no shipping just take it to a local retail store and that saves the wrapping and shipping.
The above answers are good - I agree that a personal contact on the phone is best. - Go to 'Your Account', then click 'Let Us Help You' -then click Help - Then 'need more help',- then click 'Contact Us' - fill out the 3 steps and choose 'more no norder questions, - then clock on phone - from there it will direct you (how long the wait etc and they call you back)
The shipping cost is in the listing if that's what you're asking. If you click on new/used, it will be below the cost. If you have Prime, most things are free shipping.
I really don't understand. The box packaging doesn't matter really. But possibly go to Amazon customer service, and ask for help. You may be able to get the other video games too, and if not, you can always ask for a refund.
