Ordered a filter for my refrigerator from All Filters easy to navigate website. When I had a problem with delivery from FedEx, customer service representative, Maecee (from All Filters), said she would check with FedEx and see what was happening. I received the filter shortly after our call. Maecee was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I would order from All Filters again.
I'm glad you reminded me that my order went through. We really need the filters. We "oldies, but goodies" sometimes forget things, like completing our orders. Lol
Zoe from AllFilters was knowledgeable and very helpful getting my filters order straightened out. Refrigerator water filters, it seems, have a manufacturers number and a more generic number. The two don't always translate correctly it seems. Zoe walked me through the process of returning the filters I had ordered, which were not correct, and getting the filters I needed. If only customer service were always this responsive!

However, I was in website 1 or 2 days ago looking and comparing costs to other sources, the price for wp edr6d1 was $40.83 with a buy 3 option w free ship. Same price as I ordered 6 mos. Ago. Now in to place order now see price@ $41.83 ea. I guess you call that 'just my luck' price increase. Keep providing good product and services and I should be back as long as my older frig keeps running and the price doesn't go too much higher. Thks, Ron

I purchased a water filter for our refrigerator, which you can no longer get from manufacture and other parts company I have used in the past, did not have original or replacement. All filters not only had the replacement but offered a 3-pack for a very good price, discounted cheaper then I've ever found them.
The site was easy to maneuver and look up my part number all the way through checkout.

I received the wrong filter from All Filters. I don't know whether this is my mistake or theirs. I tried telephoning All Filters-- just so that I could get their help in identifying which filter I needed and which I ordered-- but in the case of All Filters, this is easier said than done. I intended return the incorrect filter and order the correct one (irrespective of whose error this is). After four attempts on the telephone, it became clear to me that All Filters did not want to provide any "customer service" at all. So, I'll do what I need to do to return the incorrect filter for my refund, but I'll order my next filter from another company...
Tip for consumers:
Don't waste your time trying to telephone them. They don't want to talk with you, anyway!

Legitimate. I have ordered water filters from them and received the correct ones. I ordered air filters last week and they are to arrive tomorrow. I'll let you know if they are wrong but I expect they will be the right size.
