I have ton of gym T-Shirts but non of them have the quality of my breathable fabric(Like Nike's dri fit, sorry) adidas, which are my favorites. They are comfortable, with great design and outstanding quality as I use them a lot and they always remain intact
Their return policy given the size of their company is pathetic. I purchased online at both Nike and Adidas the same day. Nike customer service was helpful and returned my items no issue. Adidas representatives just repeat their script that they can't help given it's past 30 days. We are an active family of 4 with 2 sporty boys that travel in the summer and couldn't return the 2 shirts sooner. There's too many options out there. I won't spend my money at Adidas again.
So much wrong with this company and their customer service.
Confirmed receipt of my returned item three weeks ago but are not able to commit to when or process the refund due to warehouse staffing issues. This same non-refunded order was exchanged on a new second order (with a higher price now), and refused to price adjust.
Just buy elsewhere where they value customer service.
Terrible customer service that loves to copy and past their apologies and waste your time on senseless investigations just to keep you going in circles to the point of craziness. All they are going to do is keep your money with no solution on sending wrong item and not sending several missing items. Have never had this much trouble with customer service through any other company. Online or phone service even with supervision. Loves to hang up on you if they don't have an answer to a question that shows they are in the wrong. Then have the nerve to offer a discount voucher for the inconvenience of ripping you off for hundreds of dollars as if you are planning on ordering more from them after this nightmare that was all a big waste of money and time.
If I could rate Adidas a negative rating I would! Their return policy, their refund policy, their customer service, is all some of the worst I've ever dealt with. I ordered a hoodie and exchanged it. It's taking over 1 month to receive a new sized hoodie. Corporate greed at its finest! Multi-billion dollar company can't refund an item and make you wait over a month? I love Adidas, but now I hope everything they own burns to the ground. Haha $#*! Adidas! Stupid $#*!s.

Ordered a down coat for 280$. Put it on the first time and notice a perfect tiny hole in the front. Realized it was missing one side of a snap. Started a return. Shipped back. They received and signed for 12/19. The email stated 14-15 days for refund. Still no refund so I called. They talk over you repeating some stupid script saying sorry you received outdated information. You just sent me the email! That it will take at least 21 days to inspect the return. You should have inspected the SALE! You sent it damaged and have yet to refund. Joke of a process for such a big company. Any other holiday returns I needed to make have already been refunded by every other company. I hope they lose all their business.

Ordered ultraboost dna 5.0 which are $180. When they arrived the tags and paper in the shoes were already removed and at the bottom of the box. There was dirt by the laces and dirt on the bottoms. The worst part is I felt they smell like a foot! I emailed adidas and they responded with I'm sorry, please check out our website for deals in the future. Plus they told me i can just exchange it for the same shoe but the website only let's you exchange for different sizes, so they don't even no how their own system works. Will never purchase from adidas online store again

I purchased the same sneaker 2 times in 1 month. After wearing the shoe 3 times it got holes near shoe laces. I replaced for same shoe and after wearing it once same thing happened. Adidas refuses to let me get a different shoe for the same price. They told me I can continue to purchase the same shoe even though the shoe is obviously defective and needs to be discontinued. Horrible customer service!
Ordered a few items for their Christmas holiday discount. After going through the check out process and paying. I got an Order number from both the Adidas site and Apple Pay that the order is now in process.
Only to find out a day later which by that time the items are no longer available. And only after chatting with support that it did not go through.
Horrible Site. Bad Customer Service Reps and overall bad experience. Not getting from them anymore. Adidas is going together with their Kanye partnership you know where.

Absolutely horrible customer service. The worst from any major retailer I have ever experienced. I ordered $250 worth of items for my father for Christmas and they shipped me a random pair of women's hiking shoes. I called them to try to get the right order expedited shipped so I could give my dad his gift before I left home and the first customer service agent literally hung up on me. The second agent said that they shipped me a replacement but I checked the tracking number they provided and it was for my original order, not a replacement. I have never been so upset and disappointment with a retailer before. Now I'm wasting my time on Christmas dealing with their incompetence instead of enjoying time with my family. I will never shop with Adidas again. In the photos you can see what I bought vs. what I received.

Greed controls this shoe line dropped kayne stole his designs so awful! Model clothes I have 3 million followers definitely had adidas in mind. No longer do. I will make sure all my followers know about the greed adidas have same people who sold shoes with human blood in it and a celebrity had to go to jail for it

Sure Adidas is a great brand but they apparently could care less about customer service. Their customer service rep was trying to tell me that a "21 business day" exchange period was standard. So we'll miss Christmas.
I have had issues with cleats falling apart, stitching on shirts coming undone but I thought that these might be exceptions to what was otherwise a good company. It turns out that these were just hints that a once mighty brand has lost all sense of quality and customer care. Shame.
If I can, I will give Adidas customer service or Adidas business is 00 star: order shipment is not reliable, long waiting call, tracking system is "hell know". I placed my order on 10/26/22, supposed to receive at the outlet store on 11/04/22...I had called and waited...it had never come or anyone contact me

I placed an order on their website with our current address, which is also our default address. When I completed the order it was showing our old address. I double checked, and our old address is nowhere in the system. I called customer service and was on hold for 59 minutes, just to be told they could not change the shipping address, for this order or any future orders. What? There will not be any future orders.
I am not a runner, I only use the shoes for walking. Still the soles are ruined with couple of months in use. I slipped and skinned my knee even on the comfy city roads of Singapore. Spending $350 on these shoes is waste of money.
I immediately called Adidas when I noticed I bought the wrong size online. Customer Service said I would have to wait until it was delivered to exchange for the correct size... which I did. And initiated the return as soon as the box arrived. Zero response that it was received...
Website chat never works... no email. Had to call customer service, which stated yes the box was received BUT there is a 21 day 'inspection' before exchange is processed... no one at any point during the initial exchange transaction disclosed the turn around time... and while waiting for a supervisor I was disconnected. Shocker... so this customer is having a Christmas without a gift... purchased on November 28th... Adidas should be ashamed of how it treats its customers... this brand is terrible.

I ordered 14 items they delivered 3 the rest they said was delivered but never came, I called to make a complaint the representative told me they would investigate it, called back the following day to speak with a supervisor who told me there was nothing they could do until the warehouse investigation took place and that after 14 days I would have no problems getting back my refund! I called back 20 days later only to be lied to that no investigation was ever open! Thieves and liars! They are very deceptive and dishonest! I am still waiting to speak with a supervisor and they have refused to transfer me! Terrible customer service! Please stay away from this company!

I purchased a pair of Yeezys for myself and son. The expected date of arrival changed several times, so I called customer service. They said the shoes were on back order and if they didn't ship in 2 weeks they would cancel the order. I get an email that they're delivered, but there's nothing there. I've been getting the run around from both adidas and fedex! I've made a police report but either company wants it. I need my money back on my card or my shoes that I paid for!
Received two items that were too small sent them back immediately...I'm 3wks into waiting for my exchange to arrive. I've called 2xs and the same script is read "your item

ADIDAS warranty claim process is simply a joke. ADIDAS tries as much as possible to delay the process, claiming that the process involves many different steps that will take up to 20 days from receiving the merchandise to get the refund. I even received a message confirming that. However, 20 days go by, and nothing. Even when you call to ask for status, they add another 10 more days. Then they just keep adding something to the process which is clearly absurd and nonsense.
Clearly this company is all about lying to consumers and fooling them into believing they are getting a great product for an excellent price. Unfortunately, and even though I used to like their products being they have inconsistent and unreliable warranty practices, you'll end up with a damaged product that can be returned but no money back within an acceptable time period.
And, by the way, same as others within this same forum, when you ask to speak with a supervisor either nobody is available or your call gets magically disconnected.
All of the above happened twice in less than 7 days.
The second time and final call was made on 11/1/2022, spoke with an agent that identified himself as "Jouer '' and identified his supervisor as "Monica", neither one of them capable of handling the issue at my satisfaction, and still, 25 days later, the issue has not been resolved, unfortunately prompting for it to be reported through the Attorney's General Office.
Very unfortunate customer service and attention when consumers need ADIDAS to comply with their warranty offers.
Do yourself a favor and go some other place to get your sport gear.

Soccer Cleats from another brand
Adidas uses LaserShip, who are one of the worst rated couriers in the country. When LaserShip failed to deliver the same package for a second time, Adidas told me that I was out of luck unless I could prove that my package wasn't delivered. Not sure how I could possibly do that. I was home for both alleged deliveries, looking forward to their arrival(the second time with some reluctance, as LaserShip had already proven themselves incompetent) and no one came. Is taking a picture of my unshod feet considered proof of non-delivery? There is plenty of proof out there that LaserShip is terrible. I was sad to see that Adidas' customer service was just as bad.

Adidas f50 cleats start separating from sole within a few weeks. Adidas says it is wear and tear. What a cruel joke!
Bad buying experience. First I placed an order which I received after Christmas. Then I bought another shoe and Adidas canceled my order, I don't know why. About the first order, I exchanged the shoe I had bought for my husband as a Christmas present, in short until today after a month, we have not received the exchange (same shoe with a different size) and no response from the company justifying the delay. The status when consulted was always the same. Bad experience, I don't intend to go through it again. I already canceled the order, and bought another shoe (reputable and competing brand), which I will receive in 3 days. But remembering that it was my husband's Christmas present. Thank you Adidas for destroying my gift and making me waste my time.
