I love shopping here because I can get brands at affordable prices and quick shipping especially if you're an amazon prime member because it seems that are affiliates. I ordered a juicy couture bag and it exceeded my expectations! It was a steal of a deal I tell you. I watched this bag until it went on sale and I'm happy I did. It's TRUE to colour and size.
Had to return these and it cost over $17 for shipping. They have good prices on their shoes but if they don't fit, be prepared to pay a lot of money to ship them back. I'd rather shop at sites that have have free returns. 6 PM.com should offer a flat rate for shipping, say $8.95 or something like that because you know they get a big break from the shipping companies. Instead it cost a fortune to ship things back if they don't fit.

Items sometimes go on discount so you can place the item in your cart and watch it to see if the price will reduce any further, check especially at nights. Keep in mind that it may also get sold out so you have to check for stock updates as well. Once you see a reduced price it's best to grab it at that time because by morning it may either be sold out or back to its original price.

I bought a pair of boots for $136. They were uncomfortable and I needed to return them. I've purchased in the past from 6 pm and I remembered return shipping was deducted from my refund and it was reasonable. Anyway, I printed the return shipping label and dropped it off at the post office only to discover I had to actually pay out if pocket for the return shipping. The cheapest option was $26. I'm angry and I'll never buy from 6 pm again because I'd rather pay more and have free returns which most companies now offer anyway. Buh bye, I hope you go out of business!

I've become a fan of 6pm for shoe shopping in particular. I've found that they have one of the wider selections of any website, both in terms of style and (very importantly!) sizes, and their prices are frequently among the best for any given style. That alone would keep me coming back, but they've also always been very prompt when it comes to shipping, which I appreciate.

If you have an issue and need to return an item, you'll pay to send it back to them, regardless of whether it's your fault. The item could be defective or the wrong thing. You'll pay. A lot.

Great clothing site, bought my girlfriend some gifts from here and she was very happy. Everything - the price, the quality is great.
I purchased a pair of shoes. It was on processing for 2 months. So I called customer service. They were all in Jamaica. They tried to cancel without saying sorry.
I wanted to talk to a supervisor in USA. But they said no more in America even though it is based on America.
I paid it on $92 on sale. But after waiting 2 months I should buy $195 on regular price! Bit they ignored compensation.
Supervisor is in Jamaica. So they don't try to fix problems and don't care customers' inconvenience.
Just made an irresponsible statement with excuse.

Recently, I decided to visit 6pm online store as I wanted brand-new clothes. I ordered here couple of shirts, t-shirts, sweatshirts and one pair of jeans. These things were delivered quite fast and I didn't wait for a very long time. It took at least couple of days.
I had a very bad experience for the first time. I didn't receive my jacket and a bag for my Mom's birthday! I was expecting the parcel in 5 business days as the website says. So I never received it until now. Customer support confirmed that they did not deliver the package to ME and refused to return my money back. I think I would never recommend this site to anyone.

I have received my order CK flat on time however the shoes look like they have been used! It has a lot of scratches and the leather looks like its been pulled off and the bottom of the shoes are very dirty!

I read that 6pm sells only authentic and non defective items, but after my last purchase, I have to ask myself "REALLY"? I own three pairs of Birkenstock sandals, one pair of Birkenstock clogs. Every pair is a size 38 and good fit. For reference, I am a US 7.5 So, when I saw a pair of Birkenstock boots on sale at 6pm, I jumped at it. I never would have ordered if I was unsure of the size because of their return policy that does NOT include free shipping. But after owning FOUR pairs I was very confident. It was even noted "true to size." WELL... either these Birks were tagged wrong, and or they are defective. This boot was ENORMOUS! I I estimate at LEAST two sizes larger than stated. I could have worn two pairs of thick socks and they still would have been BIG!
Needless to say, I returned them at a cost of nearly $18.00 out of pocket! Not Happy!

I'd give zero stars if I could. Don't buy from this site. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
My girlfriend ordered a pair of boots thru this disaster of a website. The sizing was off (way off) so she had to return them. Low and behold the buyer is responsible for return shipping. $54 later the boots are on their way back. $54 to try on a pair of boots.
She contacted a rep (a not so lovely and very unsympathetic woman named "Wendy") who was over condescending and seemingly trained to not give a crap about the consumer. She told my girlfriend verbatim "next time you should probably go with a full service company."
These people are the retail nightmares you hear about. In this day and age with so much online retail competition DO NOT SHOP HERE. With covid 19 the world is forced to shop online... don't make this one of your go to's. There are companies that actually care about their customers.
No more Zappos either. The two are sister sites, Zappos is guilty by association. Both Zappos and Amazon (parent company) will be getting an email not only about the transaction and sham of a return policy but also about our new friend Wendy.
And 6PM, don't bother with one of the arbitrary return comments on this review.

That answer from their employees is fictitious. They do not correct price after you order. Returns are not free. Orders cannot be corrected or cancelled. Also, being in the Zappos.com family, they know good and well that network changes update in real time for legal purposes. Oh, and most all the software suites operate on that model. So when adding to the cart, the page refreshes. A price change would show. They also fail to update quantities until one is checking out often. This site is a joke.

6pm.com is owned by Zappos. All of the products I have purchased have been authentic, including Patagonia. I seriously doubt that any products sold by a Zappos owned company would be anything but authentic.
I live in the US, but periodically order shows using the UK sizing. I wear a US size 9 but usually order a 40 which fits me perfectly. I hope this example helps.
