It was kind of difficult to find the shirts I saw in an ad. When I clicked on the ad, it took me to the home page instead of the collection I clicked on. When finally finding them, I couldn't find the promo code that led me to the shirts and had to do some research. I also didn't like that I couldn't see the total change after putting in the promo code until I finalized the payment. Which was a little nerve wracking because I didn't know if it was the right one.

So far, it's been a breeze. We will see how it goes with the shipping since I paid for 2-3 day shipping

I find the Quality to be really bad for the price that I paid. I also don't like the fact that you can't exchange for the exact same thing. I ordered the wrong size and just wanted to exchange it for a smaller one and the company is unable to accommodate my request.

I first saw the ad on Facebook, it was of quarantine tee's. I was skeptical, but I decided to place an order anyways. When my order arrived I was pleasantly surprised to find the quality of the shirts was amazing. Very soft, and true size. Very happy with my purchases the lettering was fantastic not cheap at all. I had ordered two tees and was so excited for them to arrive. When the status update told me that they had been delivered I was super disappointed to find that they were either delivered to the wrong apartment or were stolen from my porch. Neither situation would have been the fault of 21threads. However, when 21threads emailed you see how I liked my purchase I told them what happened and they shipped me a replacement order! Amazing customer service!
